So so impressed with the customer service from here. I ordered a start up kit for my spa, the shopping experience was easy and seamless. I received an email from Josh extending his thanks and letting me know he was there for any support which I thought was lovely! My package arrived quickly with no issues with a hand written note thanking me for my order. It really is those small little touches that make shopping with a family run business so great. I won't be shopping anywhere else for any of my spa products! Great work guys.

Awesome Service. I needed some spa chemicals and after dealing with the local shops in my area I wasn't impressed with their services so i looked online. I was looking for a decent shop that had what i wanted at a reasonable price and if local in Adelaide then all good. I stumbled upon Aquatune and well they ticked all the boxes so i ordered my products in the morning and they were delivered that afternoon. How good is that.

Amazing Service!
Ordered new filters online for our spa, on the Saturday during covid lockdown. Come Monday afternoon, they were delivered on my doorstep.
Wasnt expecting them to arrive that quickly.
Only found this company by chance, after googling the filters we needed and was pleasantly surprised that is was a local company in my state.
