I have recently moved my loyalty to this business as my preferred supplier as I was a little disappointed in the service (or lack of) from my previous pool shop.
What a difference. I am so glad I have made the change.
Recently my old sand filter gave way and I had to replace it. Jo, who I dealt with on the phone was marvelous and knowledgeable (a great employee to have). Warwick and Josh who I dealt with at the shop also gave me great tips to make the process less daunting.
Old Fashioned great service and the prices were extremely competitive. Could recommend them to anyone who needs pool/spa help

I ordered an item online from Aquatune which arrived within a few days. The item wasn't exactly what I had hoped for but I tried to make it work and had used it for a week or so.
I decided to contact Aquatune and emailed my concerns. My email was responded to the same day and although they didn't have an answer advised that they would follow up with the mfg and get back to me.
They did exactly that with absolute transparency and offered a full refund and even suggested an alternative solution even though the alternative wasn't something that they could offer.
This level of customer service is second to none.
I would recommend Aquatune to anyone who owns a swimming pool. Their product range is extensive, prices are very competitive and after sales attitude just awesome.

The order was sent within a day of being ordered and I was kept informed of it's progress. Delivery was very prompt. The price was $10 less than where I would normally buy it. I will be buying from Aquatune From Now free delivery is a bonus

I ordered a 2kg bottle of Theralux Spa Shock & Sanitiser, got it at the best price I could find with no delivery cost, and it was delivered promptly during the Christmas/New Year period. I couldn't be more impressed and will definitely be using this company again.

I was unsure what replacement filter to get for my spa and pool. I emailed the team and very quickly got an email back from josh explaining they don’t carry my size exactly but they have one that would be suitable to use. So i ordered it and it was delivered quicker then i thought. I installed the new filter as soon as it was delivered and immediately saw results in increased water pressure and within a week my pool and spa were Crystal clear again with some help. It was so refreshing to get old fashion customer service. I would definitely recommend these guys. When in doubt email them and i am sure they would be able to steer in the right direction like they did with me.
