When I got home I found I had wrong order, was also overcharged, went to ring I told them and they hung up, tryed ringing again and no answer very rude.

As the burgers were being cooked you could hear someone in kitchen hocking up phlegm and spitting.

Edited: I ordered again, and the food was terrible. The consistency of good food isn't there for the price you pay for it.

I was a bit hesitant in ordering due to the mixed reviews, however, I thought I'd give it a go.
And myself and the family are absolutely impressed with the food and it arrived on time. Packaging was amazing, even added their menu pamphlet. I'm a Dr Pepper drinker and was super impressed they stocked it. You won't be disappointed, the only thing I would say is the pricing.it is a bit of ouch to the pocket, but the food is so good. Thank you!

The best burgers and chips in my area, never fails to disappoint each time. Wayyyy much better than hungry jacks everything looks and taste fresh.

Interaction last night at American Burger Craigmore. Hadn’t been here since July when they stuffed up a previous order. Gave them another shot, ordered food over the phone, and arrived 10 minutes later. Upon paying I thought I had been slightly overcharged and asked if I had been. I was told I hadn’t, got only outside the doors and read on the receipt that I was charged for an extra item, went back in and was again told no, its all correct, puzzled I got in the car and left, about 5 minutes up the road I had calculated my order and I was overcharged, I rang the store to let them know, and explained that the previous time id ordered, 4 months earlier the whole order was wrong, the response from the female worker was word for word “ no you haven’t been overcharged, we don’t want customers like you” I told the lady I was coming back in to speak with her “ she replied “don’t come back”- I kid you not. Naturally I turned that car right around. Got to the store and the man working and I went over the receipt and worked out that yes, I had been over charged, not by much but was the principle. He gave me the owed money back. I then demanded that the cheeky woman come out and apologize. He went to grab her, and I could hear them argue in their language back and forth, after about a minute and a half she walks out and TELLS ME I WASN’T OVER CHARGED! I said abruptly that I in fact had been, and that’s not why she was called out to me, the money had now been fixed it’s a sorry that I’m after. She gave me the most repulsive look and kept trying to argue, even the man kept asking her to just say sorry, she finally (reluctantly) said sorry and went to go on arguing more, I put my finger in her face and said “You were called out to apologize, and nothing more, I’m right and you’re a cheeky little (insert whichever word you like.) ”
I have worked in Customer relations for 15 years and expect far better. I will never go back to this shop again, Food’s great, service is absolutely appalling. Frankly, I don’t know how things work where she’s from, but here, we use manners and respect, and were happy to slap some into those that haven’t got them. Again, the man tried his best to fix the situation, but he’d want to better train his staff.

Have ordered from here through the shop and uber eats, either way the the food is hot, fresh and delicious. My family always enjoy the food and we are always going to be a repeat customers.

Been getting take away from this place for a while now. The staff are always nice and the shop offers a wide range of different drinks and burgers. Never had a bad experience with these guys and are always my go to when getting a burger.

Bit expensive but lovely food I got the loaded bacon fries and the aussie burger the aussie burger reminded me of the way nan used to put them together and the loaded fries were smaller than expected but the chips were perfect barely even a little soggy even with the cheese bacon and spicy pickles ontop thanks guys:)

My partner and I had the Boston chicken burger and chips delivered last night, burger was very average, a bit too much bbq sauce for our liking, lettuce was limp, bun was a bit soggy, chips were way too salty that I threw mine away and we both end up ill afterwards, will never order from them again

This started off as a really great restaurant, but now they are just money hungry, with ridiculous prices for what you get. Plus, one of the guys there was very rude to me over the phone for asking a simple question about the size of there chips

Manipulative marketing techniques. Used to offer drinks and chips as part of a burger meal and burgers were made on time. Now the burgers are poor quality and are never on time, portions are smaller and chips no longer included. Terrible customer service.

I ordered via Uber Eats and it wouldn't let me review the order for some reason. Everything I ordered was oustanding. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The chicken strips were the bizzomb, juicy, crispy, fantastic breading. The burger was a giant monstrosity and so good. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I personally wasn’t a fan of their beef burgers. Something about their beef patties was off. Like it was missing an ingredient or something.

Their chicken burgers are amazing though. Sometime they do put a bit too much bbq sauce on the Boston chicken but that’s a personal taste.

Burger itself was decent, however that’s where it stops… the side of chips I could have almost eaten in 1 mouthful, the brownie bites were tiny for the price, and the shake would have been better from Wendy’s… absolutely not worth the money!

Just paid $10 for burnt onion rings that went in the bin. Also serve of fries missing - basically paid over $50 for 3 burgers and fries (approximately 25 chips). Sorry we wasted our money

It was real good here tucked away in the back suburbs definitely worth getting of the main road and getting this not busy ether the meal deals are also great with friendly staff

Always had great food from American burger bar. Ordered today, they no longer have a small portion of fries with the burgers, you have to pay an extra $2.99. My husband picked up the order and when he got home we found they had not put the 2 portions of fries in. Burgers are also smaller although the price has gone up. Will go elsewhere in future.

First time order and the NY burger was delicious. Nit greasy, tangy sauce. The chips although small size packed a CRUNCH.great price too. We will be back.

Amazing food! I come here with friends for lunch dates and everytime we are very satisfied. 10/10 will be coming back.
