Sunday 3 Nov 19, I purchased half a tonne of paving sand, however, the vehicle in front of me was being loaded with soil. A staff member came out of the office spoke to the person operating the loader, at that time the driver of the loader stepped down from the loader and the other person continued as the operator. The new loader operator then asked me what I was after to which, I said "Paver sand" The bucket of the loader must have had a quantity of soil remaining from the previous customer, which was now mixed in with the paving sand, I was told that there was a bit of soil mixed in with the sand, it wasn't apparent at the time as to how much, but it was to late to call to remedy the mishap.
