Alberton Fish and Chips

I went to Alberton fish and chip shop Harry and the staff are amazing the food is to die for and have a great range for vegetarians. The desserts are moresome highly recommended. The shop is spotless they serve great food not rubbish.fresh Lucy

New owner. Clean and bright with many choices. We had a hamburger (the meat Pattie was big). Topped it off with golden chips and a very seafood salad. I'll be back!

An old school chippy, limited menu (with few vegetarian options) but my chips and potato fritter roll were delicious, as you would expect.

Go there time to time for hamburger with lot. Good clean quality burger with all the old school things inside. And for less than $10. How can u fault that

Manly takeaway. Salad bar is mostly non existing, but food mostly Good.

Cash only shop, i had better, and wirst in the area.

I give food he makes 7/10 a n general.

Theirs a better shop in Pennington, that has The b Best burgers in the area.

Hes 3rd. If yiu cant go anyware else, hes good (forget salad).

Hands down the best fish and chip store I’ve ever been to. Chips were cooked perfectly, crunchy and full of flavours muahhh bellissima. Customer service was excellent, actually the best one I’ve ever experienced. But the fish though, ahhhh it was amazing. Melts in your mouth, tons of flavours. Gordon Ramsey would be so proud of you right now. Like cmon this restaurant should be awarded a Michelin Star. Makes my mouth water everytime I think of this place

P.s. I would like to make a special request when I come back here next time. Could you please serve me nemo while I watch finding nemo? Thx x

Honestly one of the worst customer service as well as mannerism. Went in the store with my mates to buy large Chips and gravy, but unfortunately we had an old **** serving us. He claimed the small chip and gravy was “large chips and gravy” whilst there was no other smaller box to compare it to. What kind of greedy man love money enough to receive a negative feedback from customer. I suggest not to go to this store as it is a ripoff, might as well go to maccas to buy small fries cuz it’s the same quantity

Disgusting service and food. Me and my two mates thought we would give this place a try before going fishing and we had asked for large chips and a tub of gravy and what we have recieved was no where near the appropiate size for a large. We thought oh well surely the chips would taste nice though but wrong the chips were soggy and tasted like they were microwaved. Would no recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly going into the shop is generally fine. Until ordering “large” chips and gravy. The worker provided small chips and gravy and didn’t give us the urge to talk about the chips.

Honestly this store isn’t the kind of store for fish and chips.

Highly recommend Niks BBQ in Mawson lakes. That stuff is fire.

In all honestly, the chips were soo soggy, the gravy tasted like corona and the cutlery had spit all over it, Thankyou for your time

Nice fish and chips. Shop looks rather dirty but i think its just in need of good paint job ect.

I got food poisoning from eating here. They are fairly rude. And what they give smells funky. Wouldn't reccomend anyone going there other than the health department.

Used to come here alot as a kid, but the last couple times I come here there is chips sitting (already cooked) in a basket above oil. I order my usual minimum chips salt and vinegar, The man puts the chips down (the cooked ones) to heat them up. Fine whatever, i decided. But when i ate a chip on the way home it was very soggy and cold in the middle and some how partially stale on the edges, the chips were so bad I threw them away. Can't be f***ed cooking fresh chips? Well i cant be f***ed coming back.

The most disgusting disturbing place i have ever had the dis pleasure of getting food from. Ordered a pasta salad which when i got home was off and god knows how long it had been sitting there. The coleslaw was swimming in liquid which smelt like filthy toilet water. I reccomend you never eat from this place ever unless you are looking for food poisoning or salmonella. #yuckdisgustingfilthiestplaceever.

Was'nt happy with food was so better when the other girls cooked it a year ago never again steak was chewy and chips sat in warm while cooking so when i got hope soggy cgipe

Nice food but eftpos facilities would be helpful, keep up with the times and you may get more frequent customers

Friendly, convenient, reasonably priced food, next door to the Alberton Railway Station, chemist and post office.
