Amazing vegan options, I had the vegan schnitzel pack which was an incredibly generous serving that fed me over two days and a serve of the vegan satay sticks which came with the most delicious sauce! I was also lucky enough to try the crumbed mushrooms which were full of flavour and had a great crumb, if they were to become a permanent menu item they would be a must have with every order! The staff were so lovely and friendly and the service was so quick, and I really appreciated how kind they were to let me try an off menu item. I highly recommend Alberton Takeaway.

We had a prawn yiros & chips, plus a vegan chicken yiros. Both were wonderful. Definitely recommend this place & we will be back.

Since the new owners took over this place has been a regular of ours. They have a great vegan menu.

I have been buying fish chips salad and beautiful Greek cakes from Alberton Fish and chips since they took over.
The food is always very fresh the oil and the shop is always clean.
They have the best food in the Port Adelaide area.
The staff are always friendly.

The Alberton Takeaway is a must to try. The food is wonderful, and they are very fussy with their food preparation and service. The staff are very friendly, parking is easy. If its at a busy time, ring and pre-order. That way there is no waiting. The amount of food (the serves) is generous, and delicious. Highly recommended, and thank goodness is near, for me at least.

I Ordered a hot dog with the lot owner called me to check if I had been over charged by menulog just to take the time to call and ask me shows the service they provide hot dog was great chips were golden and crispy cooked in clean oil best take away in the western suburbs great service great food.

Great place to grab a feed, owners are friendly, generous and attentive, were cleaning the food preparation areas when we walked in. Chickens are hot and tasty, schnitzel burger with the lot is delicious.

The burgers are the best here! Absolutely love the Greek derserts rice pudding is always fresh, good chips highly recommend

I ordered $10 chips & asked for extra extra crunchy & boy they were spot on crunchy golden brown & still very fluffy on the inside. Highly recommend definitely the best I've had.

Found a little takeaway in Alberton, been telling everyone about and the food is great. Been there quite a few times with mates and tried a range of food, all of it is delicious and non greasy. Pleasant people there good customer service and try their range of Greek sweets.

Best fish shop in the Port. New owners are super friendly and the shop is spotless.
Homemade Greek cakes are delicious.
Will definitely return.

Overall nice food, problem with the yiros not being wrapped securely so the contents fell out, messy and off putting.
Small problems to be ironed out, please ask the lady to not be cross when customers have pre ordered, get to the shop when told only to be met with angry "I've been calling your name" and eye rolling.

Thanks Harry! Delicious food served hot and fresh and so quickly. Huge menu to choose from. Friendly staff and bright and clean premises. Only regret by the teenage boys is they didn’t order more!

Best steak sandwich I have ever eaten in fifty five years. The shop is so clean & bright & the guys are friendly & fun. Such a huge range of food choices, I’m going to try something completely new to my palate next time.
