I’ve been coming here for 7 years now and they have assisted me with migraines, knee pain, back pain and vertigo. I regularly attend for Pilates classes. The staff and physios are excellent and make me feel like family. Love this place!

I’ve had great experience with Nicole and Lachy in managing as well as preventing my persistent lower back pain. I totally recommend the physios as well the pilates classes. I love that you can book online and get same-day appointments. The convenience is amazing! It’s worth the money, their experience and expertise with pain management is eviden through their practice.

Incredible place, I am so grateful to have found this amazing team, all of whom have helped me with my health and wellbeing journey, giving me back my confidence to participate and be actively involved in my own healing. I have benefited immensely from the physio led, small pilates groups and thoroughly look forward to each session, leaving each time feeling so much better! The physios here really care about helping you to achieve your physical goals (whatever they are) by maintaining and improving your mobility and strength and reducing pain with personally structured exercise programs which are regularly updated. I attend the Pilates classes to help maintain and improve my lower back, and I’m pleased to say that my program devised by Maddie has definitely helped improve my back and has also increased my strength in general! The classes are small so that you are closely monitored and encouraged during your sessions. All staff are awesome to deal with and each physio has so much knowledge and experience which they happily pass on. I highly recommend Adelaide West Physio!

Super friendly physio Lisa, created a welcoming environment to make me feel at ease. No stone was left unturned in getting to the cause of my problem. A plan was developed with exercises to do at home between visits. Lisa was very thorough and professional. Happy to recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a physio.

Love this Physiotherapy practice. A great group of dedicated professionals that keep abreast of current treatment modalities. They run great group sessions too that motivate and keep your creaky bits in good nick. They offer great rehab, injury prevention and Osteoarthritis programs to help maintain mobility, balance and strength to keep you living your best life.
As a nurse of 40 years I've have degenerative changes in my spine and
Maddie has looked after my knees, back and neck to improve my range of movement and reduce pain. Nicole, Lisa, Kim, Lochie and Russ are all fabulous practioners. Can't recommend them highly enough. Reception staff are awesome and they are a genuinely friendly and caring.

Kim is a great physio. She listens and is easygoing and realistic. I would highly recommend her services.

Awesome physiotherapists. Have been treated by both Russell and Kim both are Knowledgeable, helpful, experienced and a lovely people to help with all sorts of issues. Would definitely recommend this physio.

Absolutely disgusting and appalling. My daughter has had cancer and has debillitating headaches and needs to see Russell who specialises in headaches. Because she's not double vaccinated his response was that he didnt care, he wouldnt help her. I didnt realise people who are trained to help sick can play god and not care.
Considering she has looked into this very carefully and considering what she has been through I fully support her. As the vaccination does not work even with 3 and Im in medical so well aware, you would think that people would not be worried as the vaxed not unvax are the spreaders.
Im thankful I work in a medical place that doesnt discriminate if you have a different opinion and will see those medically in need, whilst you have taken the stance that you choose to not help those medically in need. I never said they said you didnt care, but you choose not to treat somebody in need in a field you are qualified in and I presume you took the decision to be trained to help those suffering a debilitating condition, one which there are only very few trained. So obviously you only want to help those who choose to agree with you. If you cant see that this is not right but so wrong then I feel very sorry for you. So much for being a good person and helping those in desperate need. So judgemental

She got treatment at a clinic that was lovely and will highly recommend and as for zoom appointments, im not sure how you would have done that. A physio who doesn't need to touch a patient.

Lisa helped me with my back and hip issues. She is very professional and caring, and I highly recommend her and Adelaide West Physio and Pilates.

Russell was really helpful, and actually showed concern and would check in with how you were going which you don’t always get!

I’d highly recommend the team at Adelaide West for headache treatment. Russ certainly knows his stuff- he has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely seemed determined to find a solution to ease my very stubborn headaches.

I can't recommend Adelaide West highly enough. Russell helped me so I can manage my migraines independently and they no longer impact my life. The staff are so lovely and accommodating also, it is such a pleasant experience there.
