Room was really nice, all the staff where really friendly and helpful. The food was really nice too. I will definitely stay again.

Horrible place horrible staff. They did not accommodate for my young baby! And lied about my attitude toward the staff as I asked for extra toilet paper and towels! Staff were just incredibly rude! No I did not expect service everyday but a fresh towel every other day would have been nice! I was belittled by a male staff then told to leave if I didn't like the conditions! He even went as fair as to mock my situation. This place is wrong in so many ways and needs new management! I have nothing nice too at all.

My son & daughter Inlaw stayed here with my 7month grandson,
They were not accommodating at all! And to be frank behaved in a rude ignorant way toward both my son and daughter in law.
The rooms were never serviced so they were forced to use the same towel over 5 days same with the toilet paper, they were forced to use tissues and when they asked the front desk if they could possibly have an extra towel and some toilet paper a very rude Asian man who worked there told them they were not entitled to any extra BASIC things such as toilet paper and clean towels, not even an extra towel for a baby.after he insulted her he told her if she didn’t like it the family could leave!
I wouldn’t stay here at all they are completely rude and not welcoming at all! Horrible service

Bed was comfortable, free carpark and free bottle of wine. Aside from that room was dirty with multiple marks including a short hair in the shower that was there upon arrival!

Cleanliness means I do not feel comfortable staying at this hotel again

I booked for a 2 night stay. Prior to arriving I was called to advise of check in hours as I was coming from Whyalla. On arrival I was greeted by Cartmel. A friendly lady and after speaking a few minutes offered to upgrade my room at no extra charge. The room was very good. Very clean. Modernised by way of furnishings, furniture a comfy bed and very adequate bathroom and small area for tea etc and a desk. I had a meal at the restaurant and all the staff I encountered there were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and the location for getting around the city was very good. EXCELLENT.

Lovely place, delicious food at the restaurant. Somewhat dated looking rooms, but nice and clean. Struggled a bit to track down a wall socket to charge phone, laptop, etc.

Husband stays there every year when the Clipsal/Superloop is on. So convenient to the track and thoroughly enjoys his stay there. Says staff are excellent

False advertisement and unhelpful staff over the phone.
I was arrived 11.35pm and wasn't able to check in, cuz they don't do late check-ins, even they are telling they have 24hrs front desk, more than disappointing.

A good function venue, good staff and the food has greatly improved since our last function 2 years ago.however my cutlery was dirty and my chicken was too undercooked half of my meal was inedible.

Overall the place is pretty nice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant is pretty good too.

Some staffs at the reception desk are ridiculous. They forced us to eat breakfast for 15 days in a row while they kept serving the same foods all the while if we would like to get some discount for breakfast. At the time of check-out, a lady at the reception was really rude to tell me to pay for the 15 times of breakfast costs even though we only had breakfast only four times. What a nonsense! Whether to eat breakfast at the hotel is up to the guests and they should not charge for what the guests decided not to go for.

Tolles Hotel. Bisschen älter aber total in Ordnung. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Restaurant ist auch ganz ok. Frühstück (Buffet) ist super! Preis/Leistung war super. Der Pool war auch sehr entspannend.

King superior room. Neat and tidy. Bathroom had a stain on the door that was a little unsuspecting. Staff were excellent and had a great time apart from that. A nice walk through the park into the cbd/Rundle mall.

Nice pool and location, breakfast was also nice. Rooms were really outdated and loud. Could hear everyone talking down the halls. The worst thing was the rock hard bed. Didn’t get any sleep at all! There were also lots of mosquitoes in our room despite the room being sealed from the outside, so not even sure how they got in. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out early after getting zero sleep. Not worth it, more of a $50 a night motel.

Mature age couple from interstate stayed and were very happy with all aspects of the accommodation, restaurant and carparking. We will stay again.thanks

Excellent spot for a weekend getaway. You're 5 minutes drive from the Adelaide CBD, and about 20 minutes drive from Glenelg beach. Very reasonable prices and the steakhouse on the ground floor was delicious and very reasonably priced, too. Staff are extremely nice and happy to have a chat with their guests about all manner of things. Will definitely be back again.

I liked it but it would have been nice when u put sign on door to ask for room to be made then I would like it made as I have 4 kids and one on the way and we fill the little bin quickly and use the towels kids get towels dirty and just would like boy more service to the room. And the spa should be cleaned out in the bathroom as it had stuff come out of the vents. Overall nice hotel.

The best location. A short walk through the park to the centre of Adelaide. The most comfortable king size bed we've slept in. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and we would stay there again.
