Some of the bathrooms are a bit dated but hotel is otherwise very good. Rooms are spacious, generally well maintained/clean and customer service is good.

Restuarant in the lobby probably wont be taking home any hats but the service was friendly and the food was good.

Little bit of a walk into the city but the local area has plenty of restaurants etc.

Great value for money, nice pool. It's a shame the bar and restaurant are closed on the weekend.

Really good hotel, stayed there for 1 night had absolutely wonderful staff, really friendly and food is great. Will visit again soon.

Absolutely superb service, if I could give more than 5 I would. I visited tonight with my family so we could catch up with our parents from interstate. My family were part of a large group with meals pre arranged. When we asked the bar staff if we could sit together and order meals nothing was difficult, without fuss they organised a large table and went above and beyond to accommodate. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff working here, the meals were lovely too. It can difficult to find good, genuine service these days but this place ticks all the boxes. Thanks so much, and to Matthew, you turned a pleasant night into a memorable one for all.

Great location to reach the city easily, staff are so friendly, room was clean and comfy.

This is a good hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Very comfortable bed and very good house-keeping standard. A suggestion - as there is no in-room dining available (like a lot of country motels), I suggest the hotel has a couple of small plates and some basic cutlery in the room so the guests can bring some food to the room and have something to eat it on etc.

Excellent service, Excellent steak and SA wine list, and I was able to compelent the Chef when he came out of the kitchen to the table. Impressed with the restaurants professional attitude and service from the staff.

We went to the Royal Coach for a Fawlty Towers dinner show. Great service, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Nice place to stay and very convenient to town. Room was very quiet and we'll appointed. Food was lovely too. Definitely be back.

An older style, but awesome reception and booking. Pool delightful. Restaurant. Great service. Big meals and easy on site parking. Disabled room was fantastic. Thank you and will stay here again.

Only disappointment was the restaurant is not open on weekends, however pub up the road was within easy walking

The price was good. I feel like if the room was cleaner they could charge more. Good parking. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast but every morning someone was in there making coffee for. Someone? Not for guests, breakfast was a 10 minute walk to a few good spots. Staff were nice. I wouldn't stay there again because of the moldy, leaking bathroom taps and I had to take the moldy kettle to reception for it to be replaced, while I was there I asked them to ask housekeeping to have a better go at cleaning the bathroom, there was a yellow film in the sink. Bathroom cleanliness didn't improve. Otherwise ok.

Room was adequate. DId have some troubles with the television. Had to log on to the internet each time we wanted to access Netflix. Not very clear instructions regarding this.
Bit disappointed you couldn't order from the restaurant and have meal delivered to room for free. We opted for uber eats delivered to our door instead.
Noisiest room ever, I'd highly suggest double glazing the road facing windows.

Lovely staff, lovely room, clean and comfy. Bath towells very fluffy, thick and luxurious, and love the refillable soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Much better than seperate little tubes of everything. Great place all round. Recommended.

May not be as pretty or as extravagant as the 5 stars at other places but sure has everything else that those 5 star places have at such a reasonable rate and more and thats all we can ask for as a family like many on the brink at times yet still like to have nice things and go nice places.

Towels the best ive ever had anywhere! They actualky wrap around me a plus size lady and are so soft and fluffy!

The mattress doesnt feel like you are sleeping on the floor on a piece of cardboard! It actually has some movement and softness to it.

Room was neat and tidy and clean, bottle fulls of soap shampoo lotion etc, and up to date interior, Just needed some wall art to finish.very small bathroom but clean and great shower pressure (again the best ive had that i can remember)

Pool was lovely and tge only thing i really really could say they need is to invest in a hot tub fir the area one is supposed to be in the pool area! My goodness! Then it really would be perfect!

Had a fabulous day for a family gathering, staff were absolutely wonderful covering all needs as well as safety requirements for 3 generations in current pandemic environment. Elegantly decorated and felt very at home. Parking on the day was a breeze. Meals were fresh and refreshments carefully limited. The location is grand with views of Adelaide's eastern Parklands. Highly recommended.
