Adelaide Pho reviews
71Grabbed a quick takeaway, s&p squid and fried rice, best Asian squid I’ve had in Adelaide
It's the best Beef Pho in Adelaide. I've been going there on and off for 10yrs +. Love it.
Outdated and could definitely do with fresh coat of paint but the service was good and the meal was yummy so will recommend
The wrap your own with 3 skewer of meatball was big in serve portion, I delicious with all the freshly prepared vegs. Only not enough rice papers to finish all of the fillings. Very good dip sauce too, though slightly too sweet for me.
Adelaide Pho easily makes the best Beef Noodle Soup in Adelaide. I like to eat Pho but it seems like whenever I go anywhere else I'm always slightly disappointed as I'm comparing the quality to Adelaide Pho. This restaurant has definitely set a standard for Pho for me.
Great Pho. Go for the beef combination. Generous serves. Good variety on the menu if you are looking for other dishes too.
In my opinion the best Pho in the city. I have been coming here for years with my family. I live in China town but will drive here to eat the spicy beef noodle soup. Plenty of condiments and pricing very reasonable for the quality. My kids eat the fresh beef noodle soup and my wife has all sorts of different dishes. I always have the “extra large”spicy beef noodle soup which is not on the menu but you can request it.
Always friendly and food comes out quick. Keep up the good work guys!
Not accommodating for allergies. Refused to serve rice, vegetables and the tofu on the menu without animal stock. Judgement of what was tasty was more important to them than providing service. Glad that Eastern Taste was a better restaurant a short walk away in cuisine central of Gouger Street.
We visited this place in August so I’m a little late to write this review.
Very fresh and yummy beef pho (beef noodle soup)
Thank you for your super fast service
Very very dissatisfied and disappointed we drove all the way from the south to come arrive at 7: 50pm and they are closed with no sign on window to say they weren’t opening and always open till 9pm. Saw them inside and closed. Not how business should be run
How or why this is rated so highly i'm unsure because we've tried this place a handful of times over the years and each time, have regretted it and left feeling unsatisfied. The plus side is its location is on the quieter end of the city so parking isn't as big of an issue. For a better tasting Pho i'd head around the corner to the one on Morphett St next to Antica.
OMG the food is amazing, great staff and service. The best fried rice ever, so light, fluffy and tasty, no need to add soy sauce. I did add the chilli oil, for a bitey flavour. Always busy. My fav vietnamese place.ever
Been coming here for ten years and in the last three months service and attitude of staff has dropped considerably. Regrettable for what used to be an adelaide institution.
When I travelled to S. A, Adelaide pho is the place that I must visit. I love their pho as its an authentic Vietnanese street food. The soup, beefball and raw beef are highlights of this delicious dish.
Very friendly service. Good food. I especially liked the satay beef sticks. I had also ordered crispy chicken but somehow the waiter didn’t get my order so I had to make do with the entree only as we had to be somewhere. Atmosphere is good. Street parking available at a cost.
Used to be fantastic but recently dropped off. Sizes are also misleading…. Large is now more like Small/Medium.
A nice Vietnamese Pho restaurant that provides a good range of and quality Vietnamese cuisine. Had a seafood Pho, that was good, though next time I may try the beef. Can be busy at peak times and closed on Monday.
Pho broth was sweet and cinnamon heavy, doesn't have cassia bark smell. Good meat toppings (combination pho) and fresh noodles had good bite. Side garnishes included coriander, lemon and bean shoots, garnishes in bowl included brown onion green onion.
Combination rice had pork chop, bi, pork egg omelette, fried egg, roast pork, vegetables. Roast pork was heated up from yesterday and not crispy skin, pork chop battered and deep fried and sweet tasting.
Food came out quickly and friendly service. I prefer other places in Adelaide for pho
This restaurant is amazing. Best Vietnamese food I have had for ages. Very fresh and good value.
Have ordered from here on Ubereats but decided to come in to try the dine in experience. It was very good. The staff were super friendly and helpful, got us seated quickly. The pricing of food was also pretty good. The quality of the food was totally on point and authentic. There was ample seating and ample parking around after 6pm. The service was good and fast. I highly recommend the rare beef pho as the flavours of the broth are fantastic. I highly recommend coming here. The vibes inside were very cute. Lots of vegetarian options available on the menu.
