Definitely was nervous and put off having my wisdom teeth out but once I was there, the staff on site were very calming and friendly. Informative and patient.
The day of the surgery went so smoothly. I was home and resting before I knew it and they make the effort to call and check up on your progress. They made the whole process a very smooth transition

Had all of my 4 wisdom teeth removed here last week, just want to give a quick thank you to the whole team for making it so seamless! Especially for someone who has incredibly high levels of anxiety and fear when it comes to dental procedures. Thank you to Kylie for the warmth and comfort provided upon entrance, thank you to the anaesthetist Dr David bednarczuk for being so gentle and calm and thank you to Dr Zahi Khouri for your approachability, confidence and professionalism! And thanks to Eleanor the nurse, she was looking after 3 patients at a time and made sure everyone’s okay. Truly a great team. I had virtually minimal pain and no complications after so much appreciated for all that you guys do to provide such excellent and high quality care

Dr Khouri clearly explained the implant procedure with the use of visuals so that I had almost no questions. I have not experienced this degree of explanation prior to having surgery before.

Prior to the surgery in hospital a nurse commented how they love working with Dr Khouri because of his organisation. His manner removed the anxiety I felt before having this procedure.

I have had the lovely Dr Khouri remove my wisdom teeth and most recently have had double jaw surgery with him also, both completed to perfection and healed so well.

I had seen 3 surgeons before I met Dr Khouri. Having someone you trust is so important and I am so glad I found him! He is an expert at what he does!

Many thanks to Dr Khouri for the excellent work he did to remove my broken teeth and set up a post to fit my new teeth on. Also great work by the ladies on staff who were exceptionally helpful and sorted out all the hospital and other visits I have required over the past 16 months.

If anything goes wrong, you wouldn't want Dr Khouri to be the one responsible for your post-op care. Unprofessional, and evasive when "answering" questions. Zero duty of care and keen to pass the blame on. Reconsider choosing him.

I cannot simply express in words my sincere appreciation to one very gifted surgeon, Dr Zahi Khouri.

From my first consultation at MaxFax, Dr Khouri has both a welcoming and comforting nature, all the while being completely honest regarding the complexity of my impacted wisdom teeth. I was informed on my entire procedure and the risks associated, aswell as my recovery expectations. My surgery was then booked at Burnside Hospital under general anaesthesia a few weeks later.

The morning of my surgery and once arriving in theatre, Dr Khouri thoroughly re-explained my procedure to me, reassuring me I was going to be ok. He even applauded the fact that I was smiling and not overcome with my anxieties, his acknowledgement was encouraging. After waking in the recovery room, Dr Khouri visited me and informed me my impacted wisdom teeth were extremely difficult to remove but nonetheless my surgery went very well and to expect the general soreness, swelling and bruising. Once home, I examined my mouth and was absolutely amazed, as was my husband, to how clean, neat and tidy the site and stitches were. It's results such as this that are evident of Dr Khouri's experience and talent, and is worth admiration.

My recovery went genuinely well, having only experienced some discomfort with a stiff jaw. I took panadol on two occasions and never once required the pain medication I was prescribed by the anaesthetist. My husband also received phone calls by the lovely staff at MaxFax, who were all so caring in making sure I was ok throughout my recovery, tending to all our questions or concerns. Overall, an incredibly kind and knowledgeable team at MaxFax.

For someone with a low tolerance for pain, my entire surgery and recovery experience could not have been more wonderful, and that is all thanks to Dr Khouri. Dr Khouri's expertise and craftsmanship are of the highest order, concluding in what patients like myself could only hope for; a safe and effective outcome. Thank you so much Dr Khouri.

If you have no choice other than to have a dental extraction or dental implant, I can highly commend Adelaide MaxFax. Having recently completed two lengthy and major pieces of work under the care of Dr Zaki Khouri, an outstanding leader in his profession, I felt I was in the very best of hands at all times. The procedures are intricate at the best of times and with the pandemic creating its own set of challenges, the friendly team who support Dr Khouri at all times displayed courtesy, patience and dedication to their patients.

I highly recommend Dr Zahi and his team - after years of trying to find a diagnosis I was seen, diagnosed, supported through surgery and out the other side all within a few months. Nothing was ever too much to ask and everyone made what should have been an overwhelming time such an easy process.

I cannot fault the way Max Fax as a team went about treating my particular situation. I had an abscess in my upper jaw that was causing pain. Over a period of time, to remove the abscess I had surgery to have a tooth extracted and a bone graft. Then further surgery to have an "insert" fitted to my jaw bone in order to later having a tooth implant inserted.
Dr. Khouri is the ultimate professional and explained the procedure from start to finish in an approachable and friendly manner.
From the initial procedure to the last I never experienced any problems over the course that took well over a year.
I cannot recommend Max Fax highly enough.

I started experiencing pain from my wisdom teeth on the weekend and managed to get a consultation appointment quite quickly. Dr Khouri thoroughly explained the procedure and what I should expect. The staff were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable. I was booked in for surgery that same week in their rooms under sedation. I received a phone call the following day from the clinic nurse to check on my progress. I would highly recommend Dr Khouri and his team. I was extremely nervous and put at ease from my first appointment to the aftercare that was also provided. Great work all!
