Adelaide Farmers' Market reviews
63It is my daughter, s favourite shopping place providing local fruit and vegetables free of sprays etc.
DUMB MANAGER, They need to open earlier inbetween 7am to 8am so theres not majoy traffic jams in there with 50 metre lines. Come on wake up who ever is in charge
I may be biased because I work here but I think it's a lovely place. It has a very wide variety of good produce and places to relax on a Sunday morning. There are ATM's on site and many streets to park on (although they fill up quickly). Whether for your weekly shop or just a casual visit it's a good place to see.
Not cheaper than the supermarket and the lines are really long. Pretty disappointed. They do have everything here for a full shop if that's what you are looking for but I didn't think the fruit and veg looked really good quality for the price. Not worth going out of your way for
First time there and seemed pretty good, prices are very reasonable and a good seasonal selection of fruit and veg
Highly recommended. Natural organic local food here is over what you can expect. Plenty of parking area. Only open on Sunday morning so you have to beware of your schedule.
I like the fresh food but i think for my opinion is that there must be much more stores in the market. That's why I picked 4 and a half for the stars but it does not show it.
Good atmosphere, friendly stallholders and a water misted 'dog parking station' to keep your dog cool and comfortable while you shop. Decent produce and worth a trip
The only place I go when I travel to Adelaide obsessed! Cheese, Italian and Greeks desserts, gluten free bread, meats, olives! Can’t get enough!
This is one of the very few opportunities so I have to interact with the people that grow and create the food that we eat. The passion and energy that the growers and producers use to make the products we eat is amazing. If you don't get out and support this type of market then we end up with a food waste land that is completely dominated by the major chains and we won't get to experience the variety and depth of knowledge that these stallholders bring to the table.
Markets are great way to support local farmers and local community. There is free parking on the street but gets busy at peak hours. Other market parking is also available $4 cash only.
From the farm to our fridge and while we are there some of it goes right in the belly. Truly delicious meals, paella, pancakes juices, coffee, milk burgers and more.yummy + we love the farmers market. Let Them Eat has a stall there and we can load up on pre-made meals too.
Parking is usually easy but the bicycles or the scooter are best.
Big tip, take a trolley and several bags.
Great place to get food straight from the person who grows/produces fine fresh food.
Also great coffee.
Great fresh food with a huge variety of seasonal produce. Picked up some cheese, vegemite, beef sausages and kangaroo patties from Najobe Beef.
The best way to spend a Sunday in Adelaide. Delicious fresh produce, friendly vendors, and of course jam face. Would rate it higher if I could.
Always a good place to get some great produce.the $1 strawberry milk was great as well.with the $5punnet of premium monster strawberries! Can you get better!
Yummy, fresh produce and specialty stalls, good prices and a really great atmosphere. Definitely recommend a Sunday morning visit to the market. Grab some breakfast or lunch while your there.
Great for fresh veggies and other produce like cheese, bread, eggs, honey and meats. Lots of organic produce and even some samples to taste.
Don't forget to listen to the regular busker.
The markets and stalls are always wonderful friendly and fresh. The ATMs need to be sorted our. Long line ups and machines dont respond well to touchscreens
