56 Wonderful experience watching wizard of Oz.
Thought all the children dancing and dancing were amazing.
Main actresses and actors very clear and sounded great. Costumes were fantastic!
Possibly an option for gluten free for snacks would be nice.chips can be gluten free!
As per normal not enough ladies toilets!
Overall a fantastic experience. Very professional. Ushers were good with security looking after everyone.nice to see that we are being protected.thank you
The seats are comfortable but a bir in the narrow side when you are sitting at an angle to the stage
I’ve been to a few events here with my children and friends. It’s in an easy to drive to place for a big event. Easily landmarked with massive entry way and billboards for event. I think the capacity is close to 12 000 which makes the concert area quite small in comparison to others. I’ve paid for parking and also parked on street, safely.
It’s very pretty inside and lots of merchandise on offer.
Outside there’s good security and various entry doors. Easy to find door to event and seats.
The viewing is good inside. Obviously sometimes it’s a case of a toddler behind a tall person, that can mean shuffling seats. But front or back you are part of the experience due to the smaller Entertainment facility.
Various bathrooms.
Fun and would like to go again when something on that grabs our attention.
Great venue but they need to work on their waste. Pouring a can of beer into a plastic non biodegradable cup is such a waste. Pouring bottles of water into a plastic non biodegradable cup also is a total waste. If the Adelaide convention centre can be biodegradable, so can this venue!
Very bland centre that has no personality to contribute to the shows it offers. Seen two concerts here now and would avoid it in the future because it is impersonal and feels more like a factory than a centre for sharing culture.
Good parking and easy to access from the city. Has tram connectivity to the city as well. The sound quality and the shows are good.
Soulless venue, scruffy, ugly, poor layout and cold. Adelaide has few mid range venues and old theatres left so many shows go here instead to die.
Disney on Ice was great. We've been to the last 3 have all been good but this year was the most enjoyable for us parents. Kids love it!
As far as AGM venues go, this place was fine. There's a tram stop right outside, so you don't need to park.
My sister in law has a broken leg and they went out of their way to accomadate us a all and sat us together in a awesome spot and even escorted her to be pick up fantastic service.
Saw the ASO Star Wars concert which was fantastic. The seating is great in this venue if a little crowded. We could see everything and the sound was perfect. The venue was a bit hot that night but overall had a fantastic time.
Always clean, staff are always helpful. Security are fast at getting you processed in for your event. Always good to get up close & personal with your idols. Seen so many concerts here. Sporting events, comedy shows you name it. The Adelaide entertainment centre has it all. Food/drink & merchandise is a bit pricey but it is what it is.
Visited the facility for an excellent Road Awareness presentation. The facilities were very good with excellent projection screens.
I saw Slayer here and it's the first time I have been there. The acoustics were pretty good though it was a bit cramped where they chose to put us. In one of the side rooms. It was originally supposed to be in the Arena. But all in all it was a good spot for a medium sized crowd.
We were told no lining up until midnight of the day Twenty One Pilots were to perform so we abode by the rules and lined up at midnight. The security staff then proceed to lock all the toilet facility doors and didn't reopen them until after 7am. They didn't stock toilet paper so there were almost violent incidents over the hand towels in the men's room between young women demanding they needed a square. This continued until it all ran out and then local pubs and eateries were rude and shut going people out just being to use a toilet. The concert stated at 7, we lined up officially at 5 for open doors but the toilets didn't get 're stocked with toilet paper until 3: 45.
Unnecessary Entertainment Centre, very VERY poor handling of the situation. Other than that, the place is nice. But the staff are complete inbred morons.
My Dad and i went to Jim Jefferies a week ago my dad has just recently broken his ankle so i gave ticketek a call in regards to our seats. To see if there were stairs and if needed would he be able to access the seats with fewer stairs etc. They advised me that my dad should be fine as there weren't many stairs to get to our seats and if i needed one of the ushers would help us.
On the day once we got there i enquired at the cloak room and spoke to a gentleman called Romeo and let them know what ticketek had told me. He informed me that we had alot of stairs to get to our seats, Romeo had a look to see what he could do for us to make sure my dad had an enjoyable experience. Romeo ended up relocating my dad and i to a new spot where we didn't have to climb stairs.
Romeo went above and beyond for us and even offered dad a chair so he could elevate his foot.
My dad and i are very thankful for all your help and all the staff that made our evening stress free.
