56If you can afford it get tickets on the ground floor, where you see the stage directly. If not you will looking at the stage at an angle, your neck will start to scream at you after few hours. The seat cushions have shrunk over the years and it's not very comfortable. I watched Gabriel Iglesias perform here and the quality of the show made me forget these drawbacks. Hope it will be the same for you.

This is a very nice function area, the main arena was not open this time, but it served its purpose. Not tiered for the most part, but ok to see. Limited drinks in main foyer, but more bars further inside. Coffee as usual. Limited food choices but wraps and pies available. Big open foyer, but seating was rationed for some odd reason. Toilets down a long corridor and downstairs, unless disabled in which case on same level. Large smoking area outside.
We have been to a number of concerts at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. It's a great venue. Easy to access plenty of parking. Good seating and acoustics. We have a number of concerts to attend later this year can't wait.
Saw Cirque Du Soleil crystal.
Amazing show
Amazing experience
Still trying to work out how they turned it into an ice rink and made it snow inside
I had such an amazing time, we saw Ice Cube and Cypress Hill. Drinks were expensive and the line for drinks were massive, but this did not take away from how much fun I had.
Have been there a few times and different seating for all shows. Acoustics are excellent so you never miss a thing that is being said or sung or played.
Staff were very friendly, there was food and drinks available, it was very easy to find where I had to go as there was clear signage.
Great entertainment centre but little room between rows of seats. Would be difficult to sit if you are tall. When there's a big crowd hard to get refreshments.
Great night out, plenty of parking or easy to catch the tram if staying in town for the night, friendly helpful staff.
At Thunderbirds game Sat 12 June. We are season ticket holders and need disabled seating. This was ‘arranged’ by Thunderbirds. When we arrived we were located up the back and 20 steps high and middle of the row. Totally fine for an able person but not for one of our friends. I spoke to Sharon who was amazing sorted everything out with help from Rinaldo? Who escorted us to the disabled seating both staff were kind and caring along with the security in the cloak room. Can’t thank you all enough. Well done E Centre your staff are amazing
Venue was easy to access and the staff friendly and helpful but once you entered the arena trying to read your seat number from your blue ticket under the blue staidium lights was almost impossible. Even the 20-40 year olds struggled. Suggest you mark your seat number in black texta on your ticket before you go there.
Came to watch paw patrol with my son after it was rescheduled by covid.loved it.some staff clearly did not want to be there but overall good experience
Fantastic afternoon spent watching paw patrol with my grandson. Event was spacious, very well run staff were very helpful.
Poor toilets no lights and hand dryer in some cubicles and only 4 on ground level and a few more downstairs for functions isn't enough. Food was alternate seat not what you want. Bit of a shambles.and food not eaten.
Was there for a event. In one of the function rooms. Great food and drinks. The staff was excellent.
We went to the Entertainment Centre to watch the NBL. Everthing was great and definitely go again.
Great venue for large and small concerts with the main auditorium used for bigger crowds and the side theatre for smaller concerts. Usually concerts are well organised. Security is tight which is good. Ample parking especially now that the carpark has been extended. It’s great too that the tram now goes to the entertainment centre from Glenelg or city. Few nice restaurants nearby if going out for dinner prior to a concert. Food and drinks are very expensive as they always are at such places as this
