Beautiful spacious apartment with a large balcony adding to the living area. It was beautifully clean and comfortable and modern. Really well equipped and plenty of storage so staying for longer would be fine here. I was there Thurs to Sat and it was really quiet too. Parking was affordable and really secure too. I'd stay again- hopefully for longer

We were in a bit of a family crisis and relocating to Adelaide, and I got myself into a pickle not realising it was school holidays and had unfortunate events ending with me having my parents dog, they offered relatively new renovated two bedroom apartments to cater for my family and our family fur baby, I was highly impressed as accommodation like this just don’t exist in darwin. The apartment had everything I needed in the kitchen to cook us dinner and awesome washer/dryer! Highly recommend and would stay again!

So we booked this place through Air B&B. Got to the room and wife noticed some suspicious looking stains on the pillow. Upon closer inspection of the room we noticed what looked like snot on the walls. Thats was enough for us to pull the pin and leave. We were offered another room but that was enough for us to not want to stay there. The host refuest to give us a refund which was the icing on the cake. Ended up staying at the Stamford. Much nicer and closer to the city.

A great place to stay in Adelaide! Spacious enough without being too big! Clean facilities and great staff! Easy to access paid parking as well!

I’ve stayed here before and had an above average experience for what I wanted but THIS visit has been nothing less than Appalling.the fringe festival workers are given priority over every other guest here at this time. From smoking underneath my balcony and having super loud conversations until midnight and now a Party with literally everyone on the balcony of the room
Two doors down slamming doors and running up and down to smoke and yelling … It’s a nightmare being here for work reasons less than 6 hrs sleep and having to cope with this night after night despite several complaints to management. Will NEVER stay here again and I recommend anyone coming for work or with kids doesn’t either.it’s like a frat house at night.

Myself, my partner and my young daughter have been here since the 9th of July due to myself having to quarantine as I came back from New South Wales from the ACT due to there being no flights directly from Canberra. Long story short, I helped my mother move from South Australia to the ACT as she secured full time work over.

We were unsure of what the costs would be for staying here until the 23rd, however we were told it was free of charge.

The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding when we needed groceries delivered to our room and our bins taken out.

We had a nice looking 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony. Best part of the balcony was the nice view of the city and the tables and chairs we could use to sit outside if need be. We also were able to use the good kitchen facilities in our room, the washing machine and the dishwasher when need be.

Parking facilities were free of charge and we were also able to use the WiFi as well, if I were to recommend an interstate traveler where to stay in Adelaide I would suggest here

Clean modern room with all the facilities we need but most importantly it’s pet friendly close to the city and Trudy and Vince were fantastic to deal with.
Pet friendly accommodation done right
Highly recommended

Very poor experience overall. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 12 days on wotif, and were attracted by availability, the fact that they were near new, as well as the attractive rate on offer. We arrived with our two young children at around 8pm. The check-in was well described and went smoothly, despite the front desk being unmanned (we were told this would be the case after hours). Upon entering the apartment we found it spacious and well appointed. Our kids excitedly ran to the bedroom window to check out the view. To our horror, we discovered the windows were covered in patches of mould, some as big as 50c pieces spread over the glass and windowsills.and our kids' hands by this stage!
Having previously been sensitised to mould, we were horrified. We got out of there in a hurry (weren't interested in trying to find another apartment in the complex), arranged alternative accommodation, got the kids fed, and in the process of putting them to sleep collapsed ourselves. We got in touch with the management around 11 am the next morning to advise them we won't be staying at the apartment due to the condition we found it in, they were apologetic and understanding, however when it came to organising a refund, the management decided to charge us for two nights accommodation! Not happy Jan!

Average overall in busy rental market. The good, beds, clean. Bad - No view balcony, poor layout wasted space, amenities squeezed in, living room small for overall floor plan, sound transmition from other apartments, poor access carpark reader entry and exit, garbage smell when enter room, lift failed and strange stair well access. Just not the accommodation you would visit a second time, regardless of price.

Unfortunately we were dissapointed with the accommodation here. Booked the executive suite as it had balcony and bath/spa but on arrival we discovered our room didn't have a balcony and no bath/spa and it's view was a concrete wall. We will look elsewhere when staying in Adelaide again

This was our first visit to these new apartments on the Adelaide city fringe and we were very pleased with them. The apartments are well equipped, still fresh and new and well maintained. It is close to several nice places to dine and in a quiet location. Having secure off street parking included is also a bonus. The only improvements we could make would be a rearrangement of the bathroom and a stand alone shower as there is plenty of room for this rather than over the bath. We loved staying here.
