Excellent apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Friendly staff. Also conveniently located close to city centre (2km).

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They have pet friendly apartments and I was able to take the family dog on the trip. They were very nice to her. I enjoyed my stay. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and of a good size. The bathroom was larger than expected and the bed was comfortable. The location was good - close to the city but still a quiet street. I will stay here again. The only thing is that the car park is a little bit small.

Stayed on the October long weekend great place had everything we needed, Location perfect short walk to the CBD.
The Kent Pub right around the corner was perfect too.
Both rooms plenty of room just the King bed would have been better if wasn't two large singles put together, other than that will be back for sure.

This is our second stay at this apartments in two years. Apartments are well maintained, very central to Adelaide CBD, beautifully maintained, clean, secure, and quiet. We have nil negative comments, only positive ones. There three beautiful eating places that cater for most people and taste. They also provide take home meals that are home made and very nice. We would recommend The Palms apartments to all. Thank you and see you soon.

The only thing that is good about here is the access to curry with the staff. Dear future guest the vindaloo is cooked hot each day and don't worry about the smoke coming from the other rooms its just the smell of my nan's public hair burning to your dad

Very nice and roomy one bedroom apartment in an excellent location. 5 minute walk to bus. A well equipped apartment.

Looks nice but probs the worst place I ever stayed. Seems haunted and full of homeless people. The worst internet I ever seen and you can take your bags of rocks on the pantry and eat them. Traitors.

Excellent service with a thoroughly clean unit. I asked for a 10 30am check out and they kindly obliged. Close to a couple of coffee shops for breakfast.

Clean well appointed serviced apartments, just one problem, the so called double bed is just 2 singles put together, if you like to sleep close together, ask for a room with a proper bed. Other than that all good.

Very convenient location for us visiting family. Loved the Kent town hotel nearby for dinner. Plenty of coffee shops to choose from. Beautiful parks for walking.
Convenient underground car park. Pleasant and helpful staff. Quick and easy check in and check out.clean well equipped apartment with large sunny balcony with outdoor furniture and good view of city buildings.

Extremely enjoyable and relaxing stay. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone - especially if you have a pet with you.

Great apartment. Super convenient location, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The staff were so lovely and helpful and made us feel very special. Great places for breakfast close by too. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Adelaide.

What a beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful king size comfortable bed. Lovely cafes very close and so close to the city. After a terrible night at another hotel, the reception staff managed to accommodate us with early check in and we were so grateful. Highly recommend staying here.

The Palms is welcoming clean spacious apartment. Welcomed our dog. Positioned well for us with great food and coffee with in easy walking distance. Would stay here on further visits.

The Palms apartments are a convenient place to stay for access to the city. We have stayed a few times but we recently stayed for a week while a loved one was in hospital and it was such a good base. Car Park access so easy and then adjoins apartment entrance. Great for elderly or disabled.
The Palms Apartments are in a quiet location yet are so close and within walking distance to the city through the East Parklands.
A couple of great cafes nearby.
Clean spacious and modern rooms.
Only issue was some appliances not working fully.
Otherwise a very comfortable stay

To be honest the price is relative good compared to the others, but it’s really noisy in the morning in the hallway, and you can hear literally everything from 7am

Both my sister and I had surgery same day same hospital and The Palms was an awesome place for our partners to stay at. An apartment with two large bedrooms with king beds in each and a very large bathroom which made ease of access for hiring equipment to adequately shower and use of toilet. Access from two ways to bathroom. A patio with seating and a fully functioning kitchen with everything g needed. Will definately stay here again.

Sadly every time we visit the bath towel rail falls off! It would be great if there were more towel rails. Also last time we were there for longer and we tried to cook but the numbers on the oven were rubbed of and made cooking difficult.

Our stay at the Palms Apartments was fantastic. What a fabulous place to stay. We found the unit very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location was just perfect. Check in and check out was very easy and communication with staff was very helpful.
