I had a wonderful experience at this practice today. The entrance and elevators were sparkling clean and I even saw the cleaner on the way out going over it again on my way out. Impressed with their reasonable yet effective approaches to COVID safety. The reception staff were patient and delightful as I struggled to find my heathcare card. The practice manager even came to greet me. I saw Hannah for my consultation she was vibrant but also very thorough spending much more time with me than doctors I have seen elsewhere. It's quite far from where I live but I have booked a second appointment as the service was beyond my expectations. Thank you ACGP xx

Absolutely Disgusting! I went into my appointment, sat down and after a few seconds was told to leave and that our appointment was over without addressing what I needed help with or saying anything. I have never felt more confused and upset and never in my life have I had this happen to me before. Do not waste your time going to this GP. I am never coming back! It's horrible and unprofessional!

Doctor was great, lovely lady receptionist on the day I went there. But when I made the phone call and try to confirm the lady abruptly stop and I even haven't finish yet my explanation. So not sure if I will come back but not really gonna suggest it.

I recently had an appointment with Dr Bing Oei for a severe sore throat and cough. He didn't seem interested in listening to me and didn't seem to take my problem seriously. He took a phone call in the middle of me asking a question; in asking me what exercise I did he saw that my profession is a musician and he remarked that 'musicians don't do much exercise', which was extremely rude and presumptious. Finally he prescribed me a puffer medication for my sore throat, one of the side effects was it may cause a sore throat and cough! What kind of doctor does this? I feel my time and money were wasted and I am definitely going elsewhere for a second opinion. I will never be back. This doctor should be ashamed of his attitude.

I saw Dr John Pit twice at this medical centre. He was supposed to review my medication plan but he did not. He did not listen to me and did not care about my conditions. I contacted his manager and she did not even have any solutions for me. I am appalled by the lack of consideration for patients in this centre.

I've never had such poor medical care before. I saw Dr. Elaine Harrington who is very new and decided to just run whatever kind of tests she felt like, not based on what I told her was actually wrong with me. She was so unclear and ran tests I did NOT want performed and then I was stuck with expensive medical bills afterwards which I complained and explained that she was incompetent but my concerns were not heard. Go ANYWHERE else. Or expect to leave with your problem not fixed and to pay a bunch of money for it.

I've been here twice, seen two different doctors each time about different issues and the advice they gave me was always good.

I booked a consultation for 2pm to get a prescription for pain killer. Got there 20 min earlier. The doctor called me 2: 15 I explained my situation got the prescription and 2: 30 the consultation finished. Got to the reception and according to the Dr John Pitt the consultation took 21min. Then was charged AU116,00 instead AU80,00 for a 20 min. As an honesty person I left the place feeling that I was ripped off. I feel sorry for this institution to have this type of behaviour to make a leaving.

Have been to this place a few times. The GP was always running late. The receptionists sometimes were very cold. This place could get very busy sometimes and then everything became very slow.

Thanks to Adelaide city General Practice! Very welcoming reception staff and Doctors are like friend of my daughter. Normally kids start crying when they see the doctors but here is different story. Velisa start smiling when she meet the doctors. Using this practice since last three years and highly recommend.

This clinic will keep patients waiting over an hour without any warning or advice regarding expected wait times or suggestions to reschedule. Yet when I've been late by a few minutes I've had my appointment canceled. Doctors are also quite poorly informed regarding Centrelink issues.
