I wanted to personally shout out Aaron who looked after all of our bowling and arcade needs tonight. He maintained a positive demeanour even though it was a very busy night - he made us laugh, he gave us advice on how to get the best out of our arcade tickets, and was clearly very attentive to the needs of other patrons. What a guy!

Place was clean, toilets clean, staff really nice. Food tasted good, but wow wow wow, they are understaffed. 50 minutes for a coffee. Food took sooooo long. And we weren't able to bring our own food so spent most of our time starving. Hire more people! The staff was apologetic and sweet and polite and fun and bubbly. Despite them being overwhelmed.

Had a fun time with friends. 2 games came 1st game one then last game two. Thats just how the pins fall.

Staffs are nice and easy going.
Just only spend 5 minutes for register and pay money and get the shoes. Efficient
The center is clean and I can see staff will disinfect the balls after customers use.

Ava was sensational on new years eve, my son's birthday on the 1st Jan, kept him and his friends vibe high, great night

Very expensive. 18 bucks for a 6 year old to play and 19 bucks for an adult is absolutely ridiculous. A game only lasts 15 minutes. Could go to movies for hours for 30 bucks or less. I would love to take the boy and play more as I did heaps as a kid myself but definitely not made of money and better choices exist.

The bowling was good, however menu choices very disappointing. Not everyone wants to consume junk food. A few healthy and plant based options would be good.

Thank you to Grace today, at Macgregor who made my sons 10th birthday even better. We just booked a lane for 6 kids and bought some arcade game money. But Grace and the team still helped with the cake, found a place for us to sit, communicated timing of food delivery, let my husband and I have the lane next to the kids by juggling another customer, gave us a knife and lighter for the cake. I could add more.but I felt they went above and beyond, considering I didn't book a party. They even announced my sons birthday over the loud speaker. I like the venue was smaller so it was easy to keep an eye on the kids playing the arcade games. Thank you so much for making it a great morning.

Always have fun here, I am by no means a good bowler but its great to bring your friends and it's cheaper if you want to do some more games. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Good bowling alley. Wide range of ball sizes and good alleys. The arcade section could be better though.

Awful, just awful. My girlfriend ordered chips. We waited an hour only to be told “they are coming” she went and asked again and we were told that they never printed the order. OVER AN HOUR FOR NOTHING

Will not be coming back.
Waste of money

And to your management team. No I will not be emailing your manager because you will do jack about solving these issues.

Nowhere enough staff to cope with the amount of people, an hour wait for food. When it got here the chips were obviously reheated

Great staff, very helpful and great with kids. The party we booked was well organised, everything flowed smoothly, kids had fun. Overall great party experience, would recommend.

We made a small mistake and accepted the outcome of that mistake but the manager treated us like criminals for the rest of the night by watching every move we made and hovering nearby. She spoke rudely to the people on the lanes next to us. Overall, it was a terrible night. The rest of the staff were amazing though.

We booked 18 ppls double games online for Friday night, however, one of our friend twisted his ankle and couldn't make it. We were told that his double game can be refunded at the end. When we were playing towards end, we were told there were bonus games. When we wanted refunded the 1 person double game, we were told that we had played the games already. Felt we were cheated and the staff wanted to avoid calling supervisor to do the refund. In the end, the one person hire shoes fees were not refunded either. Very very disappointing service.

Even though it's no longer AMF bowling, and it has 4 less lanes, it is still an amazing place to bowl. From the moment you walk in through the front door, you can smell the pins. They're begging to be smacked around! I'm planning to join a league really soon.

Enjoyed my experience at zone bowling however the building is always Crowded due to the small building.

There's always a good time to be had bowling whether with a group or by yourself. Friendly staff and patrons, arcade games galore (think of timezone) and a good little cafeteria that will deliver to your bowling lane!

Had our company team activity here. Had a lot of fun - good atmosphere. Friendly staff, shoes were comfortable, overall quite happy and would definitely consider coming here again!
