ZONE BOWLING Mt Gravatt

We came on a holiday rainy day so possibly this is why the place was so chaotic. They had minimal staff and so they were denying making hot food basically the whole time we bowled. Our lane had a stuck bowling ball and it took 15 minutes to be removed. The whole place is a pigsty with old food left on every table and every isle with workers empty handed walking past. We ordered two milk shakes and they took longer than the food to arrive. Almost as ridiculous as the way they keep track of orders. They serve by description and not numbers so workers were walking around the whole bowling place searching for the person whose food it is.

We had an 8-year old birthday party at zone bowling Mt Gravatt and it was an amazing hassle-free party. Nat (the party host) was excellent with the kids and everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Great way to spend the afternoon for kids (or kids-at-heart)

Clean and well maintained - reduction in stars due to price and removal of kids discount during school holidays. $120 for two games for a family of four is not good value.

Not as hectic as the bowling at Garden City. A bit more relaxed. Didn't have the greatest selection of larger adult ball but eventually found one to suit. Food was pretty good but took a while but I put that down to being a little understaffed in that area. Kids enjoyed the arcade after a bowl. Overall a pretty good evening out with the family.

Justin was really great. We had some trouble with the lane bumpers and he came and helped us. Friendly service

Our son had an amazing birthday party celebrating with his friends. The one game birthday package deal was perfect! The hosts Sarah and Tyla took care of everything including serving the cake. Thank you very much! Highly recommend this party venue.

Always have a great time here with the kids and staff are always lovely! Justin was super helpful and friendly today! Bowling is always fun - good choice of food (could do with a chicken burger and more salads)! But otherwise a great time:)

The entire team is awesome, all the managers are great everytime we come here, Paddy and Tara especially always willing to help out, awesome crew keep up the FANTASTIC work

I’ve been coming in quite a lot lately and the staff here are amazing, they all are so polite and helpful, the cafe is so tasty everything they bring out is 10/10 quality and always on time.even though some times the lanes break the staff are always quick to help.this is the best bowling centre in Australia

Fantastic experience for our son’s 9th birthday party. Well organised and run. The party host Xavier was great, handled the group of boys brilliantly. Thoroughly recommend.

Will not go there. One of the staff member (girl) was racist. Big NO. In the bowling ticket counter.

Really poor tonight, bumpers constantly not coming up for the kids. 2 games of bowling finished and we are still waiting for our food we ordered online to be delivered. We where here a month ago and had issues finding a ball with adult sized finger holes, not sure if this is the bowling alley that everything goes to die but aure seems it given the equipment and service.

Managers are rude to their own staff & have no respect for there own people Don’t recommend bowling here.

It's so terrible place that we couldn't get single drinks because they thought we are drunk although we hadn't had any drinks. This place was supposed to be the place where we can enjoy with friends but the person at the bar is so rude that she even said she can kick us out for no reason. There were so many who were completely drunk and they served drinks but stopping us because we were not white is really a big issue.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Aaron is an absolute asset to the team and deserves all the praise. Warm, friendly staff 10/10

Biggest let down in this place is the food service at the cafe. Definitely not worth putting in an order, as we ordered as soon as we arrived, then played 2 games of bowling and 20 minutes of arcade and when we were ready to leave (an hour after ordering) half of our food arrived, and we were told the pepperoni pizza we ordered wasn't available
and that they could make us a chicken pzza if we wanted to wait a bit longer!

Had our Scouts gathering here and the staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended for large group gatherings and plenty of parking to front and back.

Had my daughter's 9th birthday party at Zone Bowling Mt Gravatt recently and I was so impressed with everything. Tamika was our party host and she was so helpful and attentive to the girls. Helping them bowl and making sure they all had fun. The food was great and the arcade games were a big highlight. The whole party was great value for money. The kids all said it was the best party they've ever been to. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were treated very badly at zone bowling by other staffs. Other than that had a great bowl with my family.
