Ken had a unique perspective on absolutely every aspect of the brewing process. He made the tour. Can pour a beer too.

Tour was super cool, Ken was an absolute legend with decades of knowledge. The Ale House is a hidden gem we will be back for beers off the wood and the burgers

I brought my parents with me for this tour! They loved the beers and Ken was so detailed in telling us the story of the brewery and of course the process of making the beer! The food was great too! Highly recommended!

Ken, the bar staff and the kitchen staff did an absolutely amazing job. Great food, great beer and great people. If you ever get a chance, go on this tour. Absolute ripper!

Good tour and good value for money. Tour goes for 1.5hrs with very knowledgeable guide and complete walk through of history of xxxx, brewing and bottling process. Had Paul who has worked at the plant for most of his life who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the factory. Finish with a tasting at the bar

Our tour guide had been working there since the 70's and has seen the place grow and evolve over the decades and has an immense wealth of knowledge over the factory.

They have a Pool & Foosball table while you wait before and to play after you finish the tour
Highly recommend getting tickets that include lunch, the XXXX Beef burger is phenomenal.

Surprisingly, despite being at the factory, price of beers is on par with anywhere else, which is a disappointment compared to other breweries I have visited. No discounts here.

The customer service is outstanding - we had booked some for later in the year but due to unforeseen circumstance we are not able to go. They team has been amazing and their communication was some of the best I have received. I hope to reschedule and go and visit soon.

Josh was a 10/10 guide, kept the group entertained and engaged, learnt alot. I'm 95% an IPA drinker and felt XXXX did a pretty amazing job with this tour. Summer Mango we tried at the end is going on the beer list. Do yourself a flavor.

Really interesting and fun. It's one of those things that is right there that no one knows about, but definitely worth doing.

Enjoyed seeing and walking through local history. Also seeing a modern brewery and memorabilia. Excellent tour guide who explained what we saw in a fun way. Tasting and good food at the end. Would go again.

Our tour was booked by FPC during Hort connection 2021. It was interesting and pretty in-depth tour. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Jake, the tour guide, was very friendly and informative. Enjoyed a laugh and some different beers to finish the tour off. Glad we went. Thanks.

Our tour guide "JAKE" was young, enthusiastic and gave off a genuine good vibe.

Tour was as a whole, was enjoyable and informative.

"TOM" the barman at the end of the tour provided plenty of free beer samples. Everyone got to choose a free piece of merchandise each from the selected area. There is another area where you can buy more expensive merchandise if you please.

Had an amazing time and tour at XXXX brewery tours, Jake was an amazing tour guide and made a topic I'm not even that interested in - beer - incredibly interesting and engaging, he was Incredibly knowledgeable and knew the answer to almost every question, Give this man a raise! No tour guide has ever had the presence and passion I saw today, will bring my friends back

This tour was adventurous for me. I much learn beer manufacturing process here. Best of all, this tour ends with plenty of beer tastings. I really enjoyed the tour. The guide was very friendly, enthusiastic great person. This place is one of my hot spot in Australia. Covid-19 is causing a lot of trouble now. I hope things get back to normal soon. Really enjoyed the tour. Oscar was great and really informative. Asked him multiple questions separate to the tour and he could still answer everything. He was great. The brewery looked interesting and the beer obviously was fantastic, so much to learn that I didn't know. Enjoyed a beer afterwards and scored some stubby coolers so I am happy!
