Woolworths Richlands reviews
49Today I watched a manager do absolutely nothing. He had 2 of the express checkouts open (one person flitting between there and the service desk), 2 regular registers open and the self serve (1 not working and the others constantly having issues). The self serve line was 30 customers long.reaching the frozen food section.and the express lanes were easily 20 people long down the cheese aisle. How is this acceptable. Get any available staff onto registers and the manager and start processing customers.
I went to this woolies and all the staff were great, but the lady that helped me the best, and was so welcoming and helpful was Brooke, thankyou so much dear, you made my day.
Great Woolworths store, plenty of stock and staff are friendly. Clean and hygienic. Big car park too
Overall ok always slow service at the tills near the cigarette counter seems cigarettes sales are more more important than groceries
They tend to hide or not restock the cheap products to sell the expensive ones. As one of the staff blatantly said allowed to one of their coworkers unbeknownst to them I was in the next aisle and heard it all.
Sometimes doesn't have things in stock but fruit and vegies are good quality for Woolworths. Layout isn't the best.
Store was well stocked. Two deli girls were more interested in talking about the lunchroom shenanigans than serving me. But other than that what you would expect from a woolies.
Very smelly when you first walk in near the bakery - reminds me of a public toilet. Have mentioned it to them several times but no change. Never more than one register open, even when the store is packed with people. I can't count the number of times I've had a full trolley and had to go through self-serve, or been stuck behind 5 or 6 people also with full trolleys as they won't open another register. The staff appear to stand around and chat, some on their phones when they could be opening another 1 or 2 registers and moving people through faster. Self service was brought in to help those doing a smaller shop move through the checkouts faster. It should not be a replacement for most of the staff. If you do that, you should be reducing the price of the groceries, as you clearly have less staff to pay since they're no longer doing their jobs.
Nice Wollies to shop at just wish they would have more cashiers at the registers you know give people a job in our area.
Rainy Saturday day so many people in the store for weekend groceries. Guess what only one cash counter open, in front me of two customers with full trollies and i have wife with 8 months old, behind me two lined up. Only one guy was at quick check out.
Self cheout was full even cos ppl doing big trollies there.
Its better to have extra staff or at least open two cash counters. It would be easy for old and pregnant ladies or ladies with infants.
I got kicked out from the store 5 mins before the closing by very unfriendly lady who told me to get out as they're closing. I tried to grab the milk as I was standing next to the fridges, but she didnt allow me to do it, saying that I delay the closing even though there were still people standing in the queues and waiting to pay for their groceries. Very unprofessional and impolite!
Clean store, friendly staff, fresh produce. I prefer to come here over the Woolworths at Inala Civic.
Check out staff are lovely and very friendly. Had everything i needed for my weekly shop. Always clean and tidy.
Lots of easy parking, good range of products at low prices. I love the reusable bags. Save the environment!
Small Woolies with limited bakery and meat sections. It's ok for the staples plus a few extras.
I was in and out within a certain time frame after i had unintentionally made an error at the customer service check out, and i was still able make it to the bus stop to the bus i
wanted.
This is a very conveniently located Woolworths with so much dense living close by. It's within easy walking distance for us.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, willing to stop and chat and point the customer in the right direction.
The fruit and veges are mostly fresh but sometimes the stocks are low or exhausted. Woolworths don't have their own range of fruit juices so the big names charge big prices.
Otherwise, it's a convenient and friendly suburban supermarket that's nicer to shop at than Inala. The selection of products covers the essential items for an average household. Parking is mostly available, even when it's busy. Recommended.
Local place. Got bakery open late night on the side and BWS and anytime fitness on the side.
Good clean Woolworths.
The bakery bread rolls are hard and aweful so buy from the bakery outside Woolies/always an aweful smell in entrance foyer? Why /sometimes no big checkouts open only self serve and express/i use it because it is not in a big shopping center and is on my way home from work
