Woolworths Richlands reviews
49Woolworths Richlands have a motto - no matter how busy we are, never open all the checkout aisles'
Woollies mite have everything u need n a huge variety but it should be called the $5 shop. Everything is so expensive now. But evey other shop is following suit.
Great staff
Shout out to great staff on front end. My card expired and the awesome ladies at front desk, got my app and showed me how to pay by phone. Omg you ladies are so clever. Thank you
First time shopping @ Woolworth yesterday. Store clean, shelves well stocked, considering its a week before Christmas & thought it would be chaos, surprisingly it wasn't. Staff polite and helpful. Best to plan your times as carpark can become an issue, otherwise, I'm happy with this store.
Great staff. I was a bit confused not being able to use my reward points gift card to purchase òther gift cards.
I have never been so disgusted in my life, the staffs there were not helpful at all. Barely anything in stock, there was veggies on the floor, none of them bothered to pick it up. I rather go to Inala then here.
Used to be a very dirty and unorganised store, getting better at keeping things neat and tidy though.
Took about 20 minutes to get through the checkout today as there was only one manned checkout open and they no longer have quick checkouts in this store. They are obviously trying to force people to use the self checkouts, but there are many customers who are older and refuse to use them.
The staffing was very badly managed, with one checkout operator going off to lunch and nobody replacing her, in spite of the remaining operator requesting assistance many times. Eventually another operator turned up.
I'll avoid this store in future, though the staff do their best to be helpful.
Went to the delicatessen to buy Chicken Kievs today.
They are on sale (advertised on tv, and catalogue) this week for $1.40. However the price tag stated $2.80. I said to the shop assistant, that I purchased these at Woolworths Forest Lake, 4 km away on Saturday. The reply was, I'm sorry, but we are having problems with the "system" and it is not showing that price at our shop. Therefore we can only sell them for $2.80. How does that work? Sounds a bit dodgy to me.
Probably one of the worst I've been too. The staff are really nice. The deli is non existent. Very small range. Regularly out of stock.
I had ordered online to make it quick and easy, 2 cases of 1.25L drinks to make it easier. But when I picked up my order the bottles were put in a trolley individually instead of leaving them in the box they originally came in ️ makes me wonder who’s training these people?
Went in to get fresh bakery goods very poor selection I do also understand it could be due to the flooding and covid everything else was good no issues.
Parking is always an issue
Clean, uncluttered and had most things fully stocked considering COVID issues. No line ups for through self service quickly
The staff are lovely, only issue is that there seems to be regular issues with short staffing, but it's a minor inconvenience when you almost always deal with polite and friendly cashiers!
The main anchor tenant at Richlands Plaza, a medium size store busy undergoing an upgrade at the moment. A tidy store with all the regular stock and produce that you would expect from Woolies. I did find that there were only a few self check-out tills as well as a few manned tills. When it's busy there's a bit of a back-up.
Highest price with the poorest quality and the worse range I’ve come across in Woolworths and the slowest customer service around!
Busy but well stocked except no aptimal gold plus no 4 baby formula.
All aptimal was in short supply
They jave done very well here at this little shopping place. They have just had the toilet facilities upgraded an it looks amazing
Worse Price, quality and that’s if you don’t buy it out of date or out of stock as there inventory needs better management!
