Woolworths Inala

Have been twice in a week. No trollies unless you get one from the car park before you go in. Items not where there supposed to be. Not enough staff at checkouts.

A pretty standard Woolworths but there are a lot of weird yobbo customers. This shop has a unique ethnic food aisle with a lot of variety and the deli sells extra meats to suit the large local vietnamese population (chicken offal and feet for example). Late sunday before closing you can often get drastically reduced prices on meat. They now stock extremely cheap meaty pork hocks

Woolies at Inala Plaza The Fresh Food People no diffent to any other Woolworths. But the Plaza and new section Saigon Plaza is going to be an asset to the district.

They are very good especially a worker called Roger. I've seen him a couple of times and he's very efficient.

Reasonable priced specials. Use your booster specials where you can if your a Woolworths rewards customer.

The staff here are very helpful and know exactly where everything is. The deli has a huge verity of small goods, fresh fish and seafood. The store is always clean and no boxes blocking the aisles.

They never have trolleys! I shope every week and this woollies never has trolleys available for customers. You need a better service that can collect all your trolleys

Staff are not customer friendly. They don’t try to satisy their customers. Very rude when conversing

I can’t express my gratitude enough for the services provided by the online orders manager! Whilst under lockdown and placed into isolation with my 4 kids under 5, I could not leave my home so I jumped online to place a delivery order. Trying to complete the order I missed the cut off time for delivery today and without transportation of my own or friends/family in the area, I would not have been able to click and collect - even in a taxi due to isolation requirements. I decided to call the local Inala store and advised of my issues to which the online manager said she would personally deliver my order when she finished work for the day! Now that’s service you don’t come around too often these days and for her to take time out of her own day to do this for a complete stranger i am simply lost for words. Recognition for her assistance is untenable and I for 1 will never forget this gesture. I applaud the person who employed this manager and am thankful for the high level of service and kindness that she has displayed for me today.

Went to inala w/worth Friday. I was going thru register 7 which was being operated by a lady named Patrica on the adjoining register 6 was operated by a lady named Felisha. These 2 operators were so deep in conversation with each other that the customers were totally ignored. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I certainly won't be going there again

This is my local woolies. With the cheapest prices in brisbane. Dont look for the normal woolies layout this is back the front part of the reason why i love it.

Woolworths is Woolworths, there's nothing special about that comma it was just a necessary stop for food

Large, clean, ranges products v good.not undully crowded Friday midday.in my opinion better than WOW in Garden City.

I just want to make a massive shout out to the manager and a couple of the stuff members who assist us with my sister today. My sister had a massive accident with slipping on a spillage in one of the aisle. The manager (Ben) was a generous gentleman and he was so super beyond generous with assisting my sister to the point of covering more than we had expected. What an amazing man he’s definitely 1 in a million and he has no idea how blessed we are with his generosity no amount of thanks is enough for what you did for us.

Thank you so much to the online department for helping out with a delivery order that was returned to the store unexpectedly!

Alot of products are discontinued I couldn't get sweetened condensed milk or false nails or metho etc

People were going through the checkouts with one small item (e.g. Toothpaste) in an entire empty shopping trolley. I was there to do a big shop and couldn't get a trolley. When I asked a few.of these shoppers if I could have their trolley, they said they needed it to shop elsewhere in the complex! Management at Woolworths Inala need to police this as I walked out and didn't shopping at Forest Lake.

I take dad here every weekend and do my own big grocery shop too. I love that they've adapted to the local community. Their international food offering is the broadest range I've seen at any supermarket. Parking can be a pain at peak times, so I recommend going early to get a park and a shopping trolley! Both run out pretty quickly.

The employees are average, wasn’t greeted or anything but that’s fine, as long as the customer service isn’t poor then average service is ok. Sometimes I hesitate to buy food here cause I’m worried about quality, but that is all unfounded thinking. Quality is ok, and store is kinda clean, but sometimes the smell is bad but that would be from other customer, still, I would hope they would freshen the store up a bit to prevent the bad smell from staying.
