Woolworths Inala reviews
66 WOOLWORTH Utter chaos
Do not take the WOOLWORTH trolley without buying anything.
They will set the Maori / Samoan Bros on you! This isn’t the Aussie way having thugs stop you at the exit.
I’ve been shopping at WOOLWORTHS for over 50years and by far the worst branch I have ever been to in Australia
It takes a long time to find staff to help u look for. And also at the time I went there. There was only two lots of seafood at the deli
The finest, most patient staff I've ever seen. I don't know how they do it. Big shout out to Josh, Kerry and Cory and all the staff. Always helpful and always friendly. People whinge and whine on here. Want good service? Be good customers. Simple.
I usually have an alright experience here but the last couple of visits I have been disappointed in the staff and the managers. They are very condescending to me and make rude comments about me being in a wheelchair and my disabilities. I be been hit from behind repeatedly by staff and not so much as an apology. When I have asked to speak to the manager on duty, I was told they are busy and to come back another day. Alright fair took me multiple incidents to see a manager and when I did I was brushed off and told that no one can see me. I’m sorry by my wheelchair is neon orange and when I suggested re educating their staff around appropriate interactions with those with disabilities I was told it’s not their responsibility I’m extremely disappointed and hope something will be done about this.
I was in woolworths inala last week. And as I was getting money out to pay for my shopping the cashier that served me was going through my bags without my permission. Is that wrong or not. I'm not a happy customer and if I see her I'll go to another register. I only just started coming back there after I was wrongfully accused of a crime I didn't commit.

3 weeks ago I forgot to take my withdrawn $100 from the self check out machine. Fortunately,Jake, the manager checked the CCTV record, and kept the money on record book.
Very honest. Thanking him so much
It is a special woolworths which provides great varieties of Asian stocks. You can find chicken feets, Asian snacks, Indian spices.etc
Just wanna give a shout out to the manager Josh for going above and beyond to assist me with my request. Absolute legend!
Worst place to go never have bags and you be accused of stealing some of staff need learn how talk to people dont waste your time go Forest lake or Richlands
Rude staff - when you leave, you are guilty until proven innocent.
They seem to think everyone is a thief.
I like the way the shop is st out, the groceries are easy to find, always stacked neatly, and mostly continuos supply
The worst Woolworths I had been. Very rude and uneducated trolly contractors. My friend and I attempted to get a trolley today when the contract guys responsible for the trollies, they stopped us and started a altercation. During the process I was almost pushed over. They then took the trolley by force, while my possessions were in the trolley. And I have bad injure on my low back during they robbing the trolly through my hands I got hurt again. When I drove away form the carpark I saw two trolly contractors in a car and slowly slowly work without any attention.
The staff are extremely rude to customers, particularly the ladies in the customer service section. I'm not sure why the store manager hired these people. They should investigate this thoroughly. I've been to many Woolworths stores from Canberra to Queensland, but this one is by far the worst. It is preferable to shop at Woolworths in Richlands or Oxley.
Hardly have any trolleys and either have to search around the carpark for them or wait nearly an hour for them to show up
Very bad service. Staff with attitude. Busy store but only one counter is opens for 10 customers with full trolleys and unfortunately the manager is looking and doesn't care. Unprofessional
I shop every week in Inala Woollies and the trolley is my big concern because I wait about 10min before I can get a trolley and start my shopping I been waiting patiently for 3 weeks now but today it's the same scenario and can't handle any more to lost more than 10min standing for trolley when it come so I can do my weekly groceries so what I did is just turn around and went to Aldi instead and do all my groceries and paid $150 for all:) Hope Woollies management will do something about it.
Woolies Inala has got to be a one stop shop for everything Asian. The prices are so competitive, Van Long had to look away. I thought Chermside and Aspley are stocked with Filo favourite staples but Inala earns the top spot now.
Absolutely disgusting…. It seems every time I go to your store lately…. Which I have been shopping at for over 40 years now…. You have NO trolleys…. When you ask at service desk they reply they are coming… you have people lined up waiting. I have seen trolleys with items in the…. Sitting around…. Your checkouts are chained up with them…. Today I had my 90 year old mum with me she users a walker… I was told to wait for a trolly as it was I grabbed a basket by the time I went and did what I had to do juggling my mum and a basket and gone through checkout… the trolleys had not arrived… Shame…on you and your staff… apart from your shelves nearly empty and the store looked untidy… My concern is when you do your grocery shopping and spend a considerable amount of money each week you do expect decent service… and not have to wait around for a trolly… This is an ongoing problem of yours not just today for me. But I am sick and tired going in to your store and leaving dissatisfied… you seem to spending money and time on changing things around how about making your long time valued customers worthy and provide them with a decent service…. One very angry customer…
The trolly situation is not Woolworths fault. If you go to the dirty end of the complex I am talking outside in the Asian section you will find all the trollys left full of rotting fruit and veg from the shops out the back. My complaint to Woolworths worths don't stack greyooking mince onto of fresh mince. Not a good look. If you want more sales put marked down meat separate to other meat. This meat I saw was far to gone to even eat. That was on Thurday 10th Feb in the morning. Stafe are all great and helpful.
Trolleys? People are so used to NO trolleys in the Woolworths store, you can see people collecting a trolley from the car park when they park their car, BEFORE they even go inside the shopping mall, because Woolworths management couldn't care less that if you go to Inala Woolworths 50 times, 49.5 times there will be NO trolleys in the trolley bay. And any Woolworths management who are in denial. GO LOOK AT THE CCTV FOOTAGE.
Customers scavenging around then carpark and surrounding streets for a trolley, because in store there are rarely if any trolleys there. I have NEVER seen another Woolworths like it! I challenge Inala Woolworths manager to let me know another Woolworths in the southern hemisphere that is out of trolleys in store as often as Inala Woolworths. Go and look at the CCTV footage and hang your head in shame!
Inala shopping centre. The best shopping centre you have ever asked for, local food and everything is in place
