Woolworths Goodna

Woolworths are removing too many popular products. I figure if my family of 5 have been effected by the removal of popular products, other people & families must be effected also.

It's a Woolies store that stocks most items however the store smells like body odour, which isn't fantastic.

So many people with masks around the faces but not on. Masks have to cover nose and mouth. Step up Security!

These guys took care of my parents today, they hand delivered the missing groceries by the manager and included a gift! Amazing 5 stars

My home delivery was short delivered the staff went out of thier way to correct mistake and even put a treat in with missing shopping we were blown away with thier help and attitude well done staff at St Ives Woolies

Please hire more staff if needed.you guys can afford it.
The shelves are always empty in the mornings and there's barely anything to buy for a school lunch.
Opening time is 7am.to me, that means shelves stocked and the store is actually ready for business!
Instead it's 8: 00am and the staff are just starting to fill the shelves.
If you want the locals to spend money here, then get it together Woolworths, or business is surely going to Coles - Redbank!

Very bad service. Hardly any counter are open. I would drive all the way to Springfield wollies if I have to shop or go to Coles in Redbank plaza

Whenever I see that my fridge is empty, I think to myself, "where shall I get my groceries today"
the sound then plays in my head "Woolworths the fresh food people, fresh ideas for you, dooo dooo dooo dooo do dooo do"
then I think, "I must go to the Goodna store"

I love the Goodna one as there is so many people I can get crack from, and I can see homeless people all the time.and sometimes I join them.but I would recommend it for anyone who loves snorting.the fresh air of the day!

Why don't you share the responsibility of mask wearing when compulsory as requested by State Government? This evening I was there and there were at least 10 shoppers not wearing a mask. Back yo Coles I go.

A smaller sized Woolworths but has everything you need. Customer service is friendly and helpful. It can get congested with customers at checkout area as there isn’t a lot of space, but with a few self checkout machines and plenty of express lanes you never wait too long. Good local supermarket.

So I finished work at 5.00pm today & stopped by to do our grocery shopping for the week. Didn't find any raw chicken meat due to empty shelves from people panic buying so I bought a cooked chicken instead. I was disgusted to find a dead fly at the bottom of the bag when I got home. Very disappointed that not only did I wasted my petrol coming back to return it but my time as well. Will never come back!

Never had a problem shopping here helpful staff, who are willing to have a laugh and a joke with you!

Found my favourite craft wire on special, had to chase up a staff member just to double check I wasn't seeing things, who only confirmed that it was 38 cents now - great score! All 7 reels will come into use in my Xmas crafts.

Lousy store. Great friendly staff but terribly depleted range. Seems to cater to ‘cheap and cheerful/bargain basement - it’s worth the drive to Redbank Plains to get a decent range especially higher end product and produce. Half the time the shelves appear ransacked and poorly stocked. ‘Good enough for Goodna’ seems to be the ethos.

Very good helpful staff. If u want a register open to serve u just ask an assistant theyll help you.

Store is a bit outdated but they did get an upgrade not long ago. Isn't near as spacious as other woolies nearby (Obeying social distance rules is near impossible at checkout section and main walkways). I prefer the redbank town square or the brookwater woolies for there spaciousness and efficiently upgraded store layout

People don't just stop coming to this place. Do you know why? This place is wonderful on the inside and the outside. The food damn it makes you tryna go there every single time. The drinks, ice cream, fruits and vegetables are beautiful and low price ohhh it's a busy day to

I have seen better days at this woolies.there seem to be shelves empty consistently at this store. It would be nice to see halal prepacked meat and chicken on the shelves like coles.

It's OK - the store itself is about half the size of Woolworths at Redbank Town Square which limits the stock available.

I wish I could give this more stars as the employees are as nice as pie. But it has seriously let me down. Often shutting far far too early, even when there are marked closing times on the window on public holidays. I was so confused that I had to ask people what the time was in fear of my phone switching forward an hour. Nope. Alas, bad store management. The worst thing is that I have to go here as nothing else is open at a reasonable price at certain times. Message to owner/district manager: Please pay attention to your store and the people around you. Also, reward your staff because they are great.
