Woolworths Goodna reviews
59Fix your trolley wheels. Terrible, felt like I was pushing a tonne of groceries with the wheels that were in need of repair. I even trialed many trollies before getting one that was semi good. Most trollies seemed old. You wouldn't see this in the larger shopping centres.
Waited over 10 min at the service desk, then huge line to be served, one checkout open all while staff down the back chatting about the meeting they just had
Great service help me heaps my son and I were majorly impressed with the great selection of products
Opens early, 8am. Local and convenient, most of your essentials but can be run out of some products at times.
Big Woolworths with wide Isles on ground level and helpful staff also lots of self serve checkouts
So not happy having to do self serve. I don't see why I have to serve myself at a shop. This is disgusting give people the choice of being served by a worker.
Would not even give goodna woolworths a star. My child went into this store to buy a bag of $2 onions, child went to the self serve checkout and scanned item and preceded to pay for item, not sure if the machine had a gliche but it said after payment please take your items, child paid via eftpos and went to leave to have the security guard tell the child they have not paid and they are stealing. Then have 3 workers make a scene in front of every other customer to child that is 11 years old.they kept child inside the store and made child feel upset and scared instead of trying to keep it calm and friendly they just accuse the child of stealing. SORRY GOODNA WOOLWORTHS BUT NOT EVERY PERSON THAT SHOPS THEIR ARE THIEVES! MOST PEOPLE ARE GENUINE.wont ever be returning to this store you can stick your onions where the sun dont shine. It was also $2 bucks not a $20 STEAK. Your Customer service is disgusting.
It's your usual shop but I went about 7.30pm and there was not much fresh food like bananas, apples and so on and hardly any bread or bakery products
Not that good like other Woolies. Because always less stocks on shelves but the service is good
Some of the staff are Woolworths relics who might haunt the store after they die. Actually, it is sometimes difficult to determine their status (dead, alive or zombie) due to the type of apathy that only comes from years of boredom in the same job. Having said that, some staff have been friendly; although I did once witness an older female staff member intimidating a much younger, newer staff member at the checkout. The older female even tried to get customers on her side (including me). It was unpleasant and I told the young woman she should not have to endure being treated in such a manner. I suspected some jealousy and perhaps racism involved but that's just my personal view which might be incorrect. In any case, I hope this behaviour has stopped.
Goodna suburb going through flood disaster and this place only offering the. 99 cent bags to take your shopping. That adds up for pensioners. No warning signs just surprise you at the counter.
Helen on the self serve needs some recognition, she's the personable face and endures well with the challenges presented to her!
Why do the registers need to yell at me? Could we have a mute button please, there's no need for it to yell at me.
Goodna woollies is ok when I can't get to my usual shops, but today like most supermarkets shelves are empty due to covid.
I always buy my food here, close to where I live
Nice service and good quality products.
Visit woolworths redbank Plains Queensland Australia if you're new near by you won't be disappointing
I have been at Woolworths Goodna & had 'user' issues with the autopay machines. The lovely Helen Groth (or Greith?) has helped me on more than one occasion with professionalism, kindness & patience.
The shopping experience most definitely is determining factor in choosing where I shop. I truly hope you appreciate what asset your wonderful employee is.
Many thanks!

Generally my experience here isn’t too bad, the fruit and veg here aren’t anything spectacular which is iron being the “fresh food people”.
But I did have an incident today, I ride my motorbike whenever I can even if I’m going for a small shop run.so I have a backpack obviously.so I go through self check out and I put my bag on the scale (because stuff double handling my purchases) I ask the lady in the self serve area to validate my bag, and she said she cannot because it’s too “heavy” (yet I’ve done this many times even at this store before - same backpack too) I told her that and she reluctantly validated my backpack after some arguing, I was literally about to tell her to do her job but she finally validated my bag, she then stood off to my side obviously watching me closely trying to catch me out doing something wrong (ironically ignoring all the other people at self check out). And I don’t want to sound like a male Karen here, but if management are reading this it happened (15/10/2021 at ~2pm) she obviously needs more training.
Friendly supermarket, with helpful staff, and as other people have said, good to see culturally diverse staff too.
The automatic doors silently slid open welcoming me with the warmth of an old friend. I was transfixed by the ever smiling friendly faces of staff and customers alike despite being covered by masks. Sparkling eyes told me immediately I had transcended into another world and I would have trouble with leaving to return to normality. I was in awe from the stimulation my tactile senses were receiving.
I wondered if my whole body would go into overload and I would be forever addicted and trapped by the mysterious spell being cast upon me.
Fortunately I had left my shopping list behind and had only to collect milk and bread or else I would have been trapped in this eerie void.
It's ok lacks many lines that other Woolies offer. The shop is outdated and tired needing a facelift. Culturally diverse with good service though, super friendly staff.
Very large Woolworths stocking most ranges of product lines, it's the major store in a great little complex kept clean and maintained. Seemed to have plenty of friendly staff ready to assist at our needs, knowledgeable about the stores outlay making the store creditable in their training. Very refreshing to have this, as I've found in many businesses lately, staff simply not sufficient in areas of their job, simple questions asked and staff having no clue of the answer. Well done Goodna Woolworths.
