Zero stars if I could! If I could actually get through to anyone on the phone it would be helpful. Every time I call, regardless of whether it's at 8am, 12pm or 6pm I get a recorded message to say 'longer than normal wait times' and I'm on hold for 1hr+, and then to be cut off is infuriating! Online chat would be useful if you don't have enough operators to answer the phones.
** Update, I was finally able to speak with a customer service agent, who was very understanding of our situation, and assured me she would rectify asap and call me personally with an update.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Ordered my kids school list back in November the first day the order came out.they sent SOME items in 4 separate parcels with no name to my business address. Now over a week after school has started they say via email we are missing belongings to your list we will refund you. NEVER go through them!

Ordered stationery 8th December '19 and still today 30th Janurary '20 I am still waiting on products. 45min wait time to even talk to someone. Items were damaged due to atrocious packaging. No tracking number was given, first box just randomly arrived. No communication. Avoid at all costs for future supplies.

Main source of office supplies and general consumables for my workplace. Prices are reasonable and consistent next day delivery on stocked items. Can't fault the quality and efficiency of the online store.

Terrible customer service! Hold times are a joke! A lot of work needs to be done to improve their customer experience!

Scott in sales has harassed our office for months taking up our receptionists time and we have never used staples before, He rings the office weekly asking for the owners of the company, now it has gone to far and we are taking this matter further as harassment.
