28 My own fault I was late with ordering my son’s school supplies.
I emailed customer service and they responded quickly, made contact with the warehouse and had my son’s school supplies sent straight out.
Very happy with the communication and outcome.
Thank you so much. It has made a huge difference to the way my son starts his first day of prep.
I will be more organised in future.
If I could I would give less.
Ordered 2 book packs for my kids on the same day. One pack took 5 weeks to arrive and the box was barely being held together by the flimsy packing tape. The other pack had a delivery time frame of 3 days after school was due to start.
When I approached their customer support about this while they did apologize they offered no solution.
The packs were ordered more than 5 weeks before school was due to start and ordered on the same day no less.
Why take on the task of providing a book pack service through the school if you can’t even have the packs ready for when they are required.
Absolutely DO NOT recommend and will never use again.
0 star to this worst company and to their customer service. All they do is lie that the redelivery will happen today and tomorrow and it never happens.
DO NOT ORDER from this company! I ordered on 5 Jan and still waiting. I complained told order will be here on 9 Feb. STILL waiting! My sons office works order took 2 days.from
I have bought Online books from WINC with access codes. Two of the books not able to access. Called them 2 days ago and person answering the phone was rude. I was told I will get a call back next day. Now it’s passed two days, no response. Tried calling them again, on waiting for 25 minutes, so gave up. Tried chatting to customer service on there webpage, completely waste of time. Lastly I have emailed as well. So frustrating when kids can’t access books and WINC not willing to help.

I ordered a Parcel. Only for my parcel to be Incorrectly Delivered. YES I KNOW THIS IS A "TOLL" ISSUE.however within 2 days of my Parcel being incorrectly delivered TOLL Assessed this and contacted me and told me I need to contact Winc, and they need to contact Toll as I cant do anymore on my part. Well I have emailed twice, Called twice and spoken to the Customer service online. Both times i called I waited over 10 mins no Answer. Customer Service online 20 mins before i was just told to Email.and my Emails i am still waiting on a response over a week later. STAY AWAY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Or should I say Worst company because there is no one to deal with you.
We were sent the wrong things and it was extremely difficult to contact them regarding the issue. We were able to get on the phone a few times however each time they said the same thing and after more than two weeks there still has not been any progress or new updates regarding our issue.
Waited for ages to get through to Customer Service. I had placed an order for 3 Tshirts and a hat for my Grandsons Kindy at the beginning of March. The hat arrived today so I rang to ask where the Tshirts were and was told they were on Backorder. Apparently it will be at least another month before the order will come through from their supplier and there is absolutely nothing they can do to speed the order along. Most disappointed.
One star is even too much. Order school stuff and after waiting for 5 weeks just few things arrived, try to call and ask for the rest. Being on line for 55 min and disconnected and call again wait for another 45 min and no one answered. Left my number for call back never happened.
These guys just can’t do any simple tasks. I purchased two digital books, then received a conformation email with a link to update my email. After trying for an hour my email wouldn’t update. Extremely frustrating and I don’t recommend these guys.
Part of my order has been missing since 19 January, and despite contacting them multiple times, I've had no response. Yet in the responses to the reviews of other customers, they tell us to email them?

No communications from warehouse and despite verified the details but not received a right response.
I have deleted my comments on other platform as I had to put my frustration to your notice. Otherwise nobody in your team was willing to listen.
We all understand the delays but hope you conveys the message to your team.
Updates: it turns out the chat button on the website is super responsive. Anoj A resolved my issue and processed my refund in 10mins. But the address issue seems still there.so please check the address on your order before process.

the website is problematic which doesn't put certain address correctly and doesn't allow you to manually correct them. The customer service is also the worst. Each call will wait for more than 40mins. The delivery is unbelievably slow. It took 2 months to delivery school list to a wrong address and another three weeks waiting to solve the problem. Worst experience ever. No schools should use unreliable suppliers for important events.
Most terrible online service in Australia! I have ordered school stuff for my daughter and still didn't receive them after 2 and half months. I have emailed and called them multiple times and received multiple ETA. I would never buy anything from them.
Very disappointed with this company. Our school used them this year for school supplies and orders have been extremely slow, wrong or just not showing up at all. Sending your kids to school with none of their stuff is not good enough when you have paid for a service.

I Placed an order 2 months ago to have ready for school and have had nothing but drama and operators not doing their job properly/ being on hold for 40 minutes multiple times. It is promoted to use their live chat, however no agent is there to respond to you and when trying to escalate a complaint, there are no other operators/supervisors to talk to. After multiple times contacting them and seeing where my order is, I have requested a full refund to then be told that they can’t give me a full refund. Wow, I am so doubt founded how a company claiming to be Australia’s leading supplier of Office Supplies etc is still standing with how horrible the service is and not helping to try and rectify the situation! Never, never again will I be buying from WINC.
Very Covid conscious site where they are dedicated to keeping visitors and staff safe. Huge range of products with plenty of customer service staff so that you don't have to wait long for someone to talk to.
Would give less of a one star review if I could! We purchased from Winc for about 12 months after they bought out OfficeMax. Majority of items arrived damaged, (biscuits shattered, coffee tin punctured, cleaning products leaking). Delivery driver forged signatures and left packages to be stolen, if delivered at all, on days our office was closed. Repeated requests for review of deliveries, Winc just kept on re-sending the packages, which of course continued to arrive damaged, broken or didn't show up at all! Finally, we just gave up and purchase from a different supplier now. Fast forward 12 months and they are trying to reconcile our account, we have a $6.55 credit and they can't accept our details to refund it to us *sigh* so I am off to purchase $6.55 of (broken/damaged/to be stolen) items. Wish me luck.)
Sorry but I definitely do not rate this company- ordered school supplies on 22.12.2020 - assured that they will be here before start of school. A week before school starts asked for an update- it’s on its way even though Aus post tracking doesn’t work. Trying to contact somebody is the hardest thing possible and nobody can give me an update- extremely disappointing and definitely will not be using them for future reference!
I used to order from here regularly and have never experienced worse customer service. The phone number rarely gets you through, the online chat staff are incredibly rude, orders are often delivered late and when you try to locate them, they become LATER or are suddenly "out of stock. "
The final straw was a wrong item that no one seemed to know even existed and could not wrap their heads around how I received it in the first place. What are you people doing over there?
