We have been ordering toner cartridges for years from here but my recent experience with the phone sales lady was argumentative & lousy. She didn't direct us to the twin pack which was cheaper than 2 individual cartridges. And an offer of 15% off our next purchase sent by email to us directly, had hidden conditions. Its either all or nothing people, or be more upfront. The word comparable does not mean compatible nor does it not say excluding genuine cartridges. I suggest that your phone staff need more training.

WOW! Fantastic service. I placed my order at 7.15am and it arrived at 9.30am the next morning, only 26 hours from Qld to my address in NSW. I havent used the cartridges as yet (waiting for the ones in use to need replacing) so I am sure that they will be just as good as the order/delivery service if not better. Thanks Trish

Excellent company to deal with. Staff are pleasant and I am always amazed at the quick delivery of goods coming as they do from Qld to my door in Western New South Wales, usually arriving just the morning after my phone order. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I have been using Wholesale Toners for some years now as my exclusive supplier of ink jet cartridges for my Canon printer.
The cartridges work perfectly and are supplied so quickly they arrive either the next day or the day after.

I recently ordered some toner at approximately 4pm. I selected express delivery as this was required urgently. However, what I did not expect is that it would arrive the next day (I assumed 4pm would be too late for overnight delivery). Brilliant service!
