Order arrived within 24 hours and it is cheaper than actual officeworks/harvey norman. I ordered 2 cyan 965XL cartridge from them and it arrived next day for me to pick up at the post office so I am really happy.

I am the first buyer for the printer ink. Before I made the order I called Wholesale Toners. I was told for the first buyer who buy over $50, there is a "notebook" gift worth of $100. Then I ordered my printer ink at $62.

When I open the parcel, there is no notebook, but only some candies. I made another call to ask about the notebook, the manager explained to me that there might be some misunderstanding, and he said the promotion is a notebook with purchasing over $100, then he asked me to open their website to read the promotion. He is right, the website is really as what he told me. But the manager said I can send you the notebook if it is what you expect. I know there might be my fault of misunderstanding over the phone.

I didn't expect to receive the notebook, but when I open the parcel today, I found it is the NOTEBOOK there. The manager kept his promise and make the customer happy and meet their expectation. Good business!

Placed an order with them in response to their offer of "free air buds". Order arrived - no buds! Emailed them and was told - too bad, must've been my mistake at checkout. Rude and dismissive. Also, and more importantly, their non-genuine ink cartridges are poor quality and leak! Should've stayed with my regular supplier.
