Be aware this is a warehouse/head office. It is NOT a storefront and there are not any products. It is however convenient for a hassle free click and collect order though. Especially if you’re in the area.

Purchased Klipsch speaker and Sub via the online store. Small issue with stock of the speaker however this was rectified with the great communication via email from Leith and he was able to source the product I wanted. Fair prices and delivery was very quick. Highly recommend and will shop from again.

I purchased a TV for a good price from Videopro which started off badly when I got the run around from the TNT courier service. TNT promised delivery for 3 days, with a "no show" and no contact, then to be told on the 3rd day they could not find my TV for delivery. I contacted Leith at Videopro who was amazing and a huge help, the TV was then delivered from the warehouse the same afternoon by a very friendly driver. Thank you Leith for all your help, which was very much appreciated. I would buy from Videopro again, as long as they don't deliver with TNT.

Had to pick up a cable from here after ordering at Newstead, really nice Warehouse and Reception staff who were kind enough to let me know all of the details about what was going on with my order.

Best service I have ever receive doing online purchase. Video Camera was out of stock but they request Panasonic to send it directly to me so that I receive it on time. Communication with sales/customer service staff was good and was getting reply on within few minutes.
