Arrived just after 7am and didn't even need to sit down to wait as I was seen straight away. Ladies at reception were lovely

If I could give no stars I would!
After waiting for over an hour in a far from inviting waiting room I was met with a cold doctor that seemed disinterested in anything I had to say. Left with a script that if taken for 2 weeks might help 1 part of my multiple symptom acute issue.
Definitely will not be returning and highly recommend that others not visit this practice. Absolutely appalling service!

I’m upset & anxious now because of a lack of patient care!
I have been seeing Dr Brodie for cbd oil & I phoned for an appointment & find out he is no longer there & no other Dr at this practice does this. His patients were not informed that he was gone, so we now have the added stress of weaning off this product if we can’t get another Dr, which are hard to find. Disgusted with the lack of empathy for your patients!

The two interactions I’ve had with Simia (First one via phone and second time in person), as well as seeing how she interacted with a patient in front of me.
I found Simia to be approachable, polite, compassionate and helpful towards myself and to the patients.

My young son and I were given prompt care due to our urgent issue. Really great service and very helpful! Thank you so much!

I see Dr Brodie, Dr Shilpi regularly and Dr Dore too. All are fantastic doctors. They see my kids too. I love that I can book on line via hot doc and that if I do have an emergency I can be seen as a walk in, but wait in the virtual waiting room and only head in to the surgery when it is closer to my appointment.

Dr Testa is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is caring, professional and always willing to help.
He has been instrumental in my recovery and helping with my current illnesses.
Dr Testa is an amazing doctor and person.

Mrs Sima at the front desk (reception) was truly an amazing lady. She was so helpful and polite and she made me feel so comfortable talking to her, and that speaks measures given that I have really bad social anxiety. She really should be recognised for her fantastic work, and want to say a big thank you! You are outstanding!

The other day I had an appointment to get my covid shot and the administration lady zali was extremely helpful and had an amazing attitude to all of the patients that I saw her check in including myself. The nurse Emily who did my vaccine was also amazing she kept good conversation while effortlessly giving me my vaccine I did not feel a thing! Overall great practice

I would like to acknowledge Sima’s work this morning. There were long waits and many walk-ins. She was calm and patient with each new presentation despite repeating the same information. She assisted as much as she could to prevent unnecessary waiting with information regarding online bookings and use of the app.for Sima

The lady on the front desk (Zali) was very helpful and happy. Nothing was too hard for her. 100% a asset to your team.

Dr Tulia Tesla is an outstanding doctor. Always listens to you first and then asks questions. Has became my regular gp and have been seeing him for years.

A good all in one medical centre, can get busy if you dont have an appointment but receptionist will inform you of wait times.

I attended a medical appointment with a few of the doctors at this medical practice, two male doctors a Dr Chalaby, Dr Brodie and a female doctor Dr Coleman. They are great thorough doctors that actually listen to your concerns and consider your thoughts and worries. This medical centre has certainly improved from 5 year's ago where I wouldn’t be caught dead attending the place, but since they’ve expanded and taken experienced, well trained, knowledgeable doctors I’ve gone from giving a 1 star several years ago to 5 stars.

There are a couple of terrible doctors (dr Akinboye and dr maura Connelly) are the rudest doctors I’ve ever met and I have a real problem even calling them doctors! As long as you don’t see them for anything more than taking your blood pressure or better yet don’t see them at all, see the good doctors then you will be very well looked after!

After a mixup of appointments, Zali and Kerry were able fit my husband and I in at short notice. They were kind, accommodating and professional

Thanks to Dr and staff for your help in my treatment of fractured foot.didn’t have to wait long, friendly staff and Cat Scan was very quick.
