Nurse Claudia was amazing at our sons 6 month needles, even got him smiling after they were done. Would highly recommend her.

They tell you to come in for results on Saturday urgently you pay a premium then they call you Monday to say you need to come in urgently. Then you check your email and there’s a Telehealth referral
Send you for ultrasounds downstairs that aren’t acceptable anywhere else so you have to rebook and repay at a proper place

Had an appointment at 0950hrs and was waiting for 50 minutes to see a doctor. Why do they make you book an appointment. You shouldn't have to wait that long.
Longest waiting time I ever experienced. Just take 1hour early appointments so patient’s doesn’t have to wait forever.
The wait times are ridiculous, I have never had an appointment which runs on time, the patients time is not treated as though it is valuable. They really need to set up some kind of notification system where they are letting patients know before hand if the doctor is running late. The doctors are a bit hit and miss in regards to competency.
Reasonable wait time expected for such a busy time.

This clinic is never on time, there is no point of booking an appointment as they will make you wait for hours. I have never booked an appointment at this clinic and got to see the doctor at that time, they will make you wait 1.5-2 hours. The receptionists are very arrogant. Last time I tried to ask how long it will take as I have another appointment I need to make. I was given a sassy look by both the receptionist and looked at each other and did a sassy smile when I was only trying to ask why is there an appointment option when they can never be on time. This is going to be my last time here. The WORST clinic in the area.
Kerry was Caring professional and extremely patient - answered all my questions with thorough knowledge clearly and provided excellent care and advice.
Poor service, did not advise me of charges, demanded payment and told me that I will be band from the surgery, obviously have poor training and does not know the law, these sort of practices should be closed by Medicare as they are all in it for the money, nil patient care just cash cows.
Just recently I tried to book an appointment as an existing patient. I had covid symptoms so could not book an in person appointment so went with a phone consultation. Appointment set for 1: 30pm. At 2pm I called to ask how long it would be as I had serious throat pain and in need of a resolution. Told they were busy but would call soon. 2: 30pm call back now an hour after a booked appointment and still told the doctor was busy but a message would go to him it was urgent.
Called again at 3: 15pm but sat on hold for 15 minutes. Gave up and went to Redlands emergency feeling terrible for wasting their time. While in triage at 4: 45 pm I got a call. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing that an urgent call couldn't be responded to and the call came through 3hr15min later than a BOOKED appointment.
I will not be returning to this practice again. The last few times I had a feeling there was a shift as I was fobbed off for other concerns.

Very rude receptionist. Very uneducated, unprofessional, racist and they have no clue at all on how to interact with patients. They probably think that they are sitting in the parliament chair. My condition become worst every time when i have to speak with these arrogant ladies. Your role has more than the salary you are being paid and if you think you need a job to feed your family, i doubt that this not the type of job you should be working. You all definitely need some professional development courses that would teach you to be kind, patient and greet people before you speak whether it is face to face or on the phone. If there is a zero star i would have chosen that. One is too much to give to your rude behaviour.
Dr bojja is ALWAYS late usally waiting around half an hour to be seen maybe even longer.why bother having a set time for an appointment when you can’t even be on time
What used to be a reliable family friendly service has gone so far downhill. Reception staff are the rudest people I have ever come across and what is left of the doctors are just as bad.
