Great customer service and a speedy delivery. Only issue, the Instructions to the chair weren’t the exact needed, so took some figuring out to assemble.

Great experience purchasing new lounges and stools for our showroom! They were easy to deal with and delivery was very fast and efficient. They really accommodated to our needs in regards to delivery times which was much appreciated.

Order placement and follow-up were excellent. Delivery one working day later than advised which was not a major issue in this particular case. Goods addressed to "First Name" only with contact mobile which fortunately our receptionist recognised.
Overall I would be happy to deal with Value Office Furniture again in the future.
Cheapest I could find online, had a great experience dealing with their customer service. The 2 guys that came out to install the 2 corner desks and credenza were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. Cannot fault them! Highly recommend

I was very pleased with the time frame my questions were answered and the delivery was very smooth and the delivery guys polite. My only suggestion is we have not put the table together yet because it came with no tools needed to assemble and we were not aware we needed them. So I would suggest listing the tools required to assemble. If I had known at time of ordering I would have paid for assembly. As it is now I need to wait until someone in the office can bring in his tool set.
