I say this first hand because I ordered a glasswhiteboard off a competitor of theirs in Brisbane and 3 weeks later I requested a refund due to the product not arriving. Fast, courteous service and, so far, quality office furniture. We purchased two electric sit down / stand up desks. They were delivered, installed and the installers took the time to clean up, ensure we knew how to use our new desks and assured us that if anything went astray, they were available to help. These are sturdy, well made desks and we are very pleased.
