The airconditioning was broken, we had to change lanes because ours didn't work well and completely changed our scores and the dodgem cars and games we wanted weren't on, and our food was very very slow

Not so good today. It was extremely hot and stuffy inside while bowling only to be told by the young lad that all AC were on and if I didn't believe him I could come look at the panel. However none of the vents were open on the ac's so I knew that they clearly were not on. Finally on the last frame of last game he actually checked with some one else to see if they were going.they weren't. So he then turned them on. You could notice the difference straight away.and I suppose better late than never. We love our bowling day, but it's alot better when one is comfortable bowling

It was great I came for a birthday party. All 3 of my friends and I had a great time. The food is amazing.

Half the game machines weren't woking or out of tickets no joy or enthusiasm by person doing the dodgem cars though kids enjoyed it nonetheless

Dining service is very very slow and a number of times now things are often forgotten about/missing.

Don't expect service with a smile.

Understaffed, food was stale, open roof exposed wires and rain coming through it, just not a good experience some staff were getting c ranky cause they were understaffed n it was disturbing to be served at the cafe how we were.

I am a disability support worker and every second week we take clients bowling, the staff are great and they have done a wonderful job with decorations this year. Great job guys. Merry xmas.

Went there with my family for a game night. Food platters are not good for the money they charge. $45 for cheese platter and it was just 1 packet of crackers, dried tomatoes, a bit of cheese, salami. Not much effort put in for presentation. It didn't look good.not a lot of variety, think it was only worth $10 if I bought it myself.could have gotten a sandwiche/wrap platter for $30 from Coles with more variety. Got tickets for the dodgem, then was advised they are no longer running the dodgem after a certain time. So 4 tickets of dodgem was thrown out. Bowling was good, gaming machines are a bit too much $1 per game for each game. Should get 2 tokens per dollar. Prizes were not interesting or quality. Looks like they shop at Silly Solly

Awesome environment. I've bowled unsuccessfully over the world and here is where I fell in love with it. I will be a regular.

Pity it was school holidays hall was full to the brim staff was so friendly n helpful plenty of parking and the hours go so slow your time is done thats how uch fun you have between bowling n playing games in the arcade full day fun

Wasn't happy with the service due to a birthday party happening, my kids where told they couldn't ride the dodge cars but refused to get off because we paid money to be there just like everyone else myself and my children will not be going back

Had our sons 10th birthday there about a week ago. The kids had a blast and were able to play a game of bowling, dodgem cars and tokens for the arcade machines. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the attendent for our party going above and beyond. Would recommend.

IDEAL LOCATION FOR FUN

I enjoyed my experience visiting this centre. It is clean and tidy with modern facilities. The toilets were clean and presentable. I had a couple of reasonably priced cold beers while I watched my son compete. Hot food is also available. Great location for functions. The venue is air conditioned. The staff were young and energetic. There was plenty of room for parking.

Older venue but terrific.staff.great for all ages, they have facilities so the young, not so young, aged and even wheel chair bound can have agom

The most entertaining place in townsville. They even have squash courts & a variety of arcade games. Great food.

The system wasn’t working well, which resulted in incorrected pointing. After this was corrected. We didn’t even get the chance to start over. As we are very competitive and 300 is our goal this was very disappointing. It was only the second round, so very greedy.

Had a really fun day. The kids wrecked each other on the dodgem cars after I wrecked them on the lanes! Dad 2-0. Great staff and have a beer while you play.

As with 90% of squash courts, things are looking a bit tired. However, everything works fine. There are fans, good lighting, the floors are fine and the price is OK.
