Been here several times over my lifetime but the new feel, look and Staff are the change it needed. Will definitely be back more often

Sharon maybe you enjoy eating /drinking flies but I do not.
People do not generally get upset if they are having a good night clearly there was something wrong.
You had a good night so everything that you had requested was perfect good for you. It was not perfect for us.
And as far as the rest of our group being rude that is far from the truth.
Disappointing experience

Recently had by daughters birthday party there. They were completely unprepared for the party. No bowling balls for 9 year old, party room had no music/atmosphere, party coordinator didn't know what she was doing, and the party bags provided in the package were just a white paper bag with a chocolate bar and a lollipop. I had booked the party a number of weeks ahead of time and no planning or preparation was in place. Would have been better off just booking a couple of lanes and doing the party bags myself than going for a party package.

In reply to Josh Schwarz, we were there last night when you abused the reception lady. Ranting and raving, screaming for her name. You and the group you were with family or not were rude to all the staff from the moment you got there. You even said you should come back and burn the place down, if you had just shut up and listened to what she was saying things would have been better for you but being a politician some times they don't know when to stop. They have a job to do and do it very well under the pressure your group put on them all. As for a fly in your drink, think how lucky you are not everyone gets one.
We found all the staff very accommodating for our outing and always friendly, foods great. We will definitely be back to Townsville Tenpin.
Have fun at King Pin, I'm sure the staff there will put up with your rudeness

We took the grand kids for a game ages5 and7. The staff were very helpful and understanding, and patient. Coffee was good and the kids enjoyed hot chips from the diner.

Good classic bowling experience, but don't expect the Ritz of the other places. This is a classic experience down to the deep fried snacks.

Townsville ten-pin bowling, great little centre good facilities, dodgem cars amusement area for children nice food and beverages.
The kids really enjoyed playing here today, I know it doesn't look Flash as Kingpin but that place is a bit of a sensory overload, This one's very family friendly lots of enjoyment to be had at a very reasonable price.

I had a great time with my boys here. Prices are fair and they have just done the place up and it's looking good with the new leather seating. Well done

Staff was friendly and efficient. We have special needs children that needed a bit more patience and assistance. Rebecca was amazing in helping us. It had a wonderful family atmosphere and we felt very welcome there.

Excellent value. We popped in for a few games on a Saturday. $17 two games kids, $20 two games adults. The place was neat and clean. Staff friendly. This place is way better than the other one in town.

Visiting Tenpin was great. Reasonably priced, food portions were value for money and lots more for the kids to do than just bowling. We loved it and the staff were friendly. We can't wait to go again.

Went here last night with my family when this crazy lady came in trying to rob them. The girl behind the counter handles the situation so well even though the poor girl was shaking. Her name was karly and she treated us with so much so respect even though they were really packed. Even though this happened we will definitely be back again!

I've been bowling league here for a couple of years. The staff are lovely and it's great to bowl on real lanes that are olied correctly.
They have fun nights on the weekend where the place turns into disco bowling.
League or social, best place in Townsville.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon/evening at Townsville Tenpin in Kirwan. Took our young family and visitors to take advantage of their school holiday special and it was brilliant value! The staff were so lovely and helpful and just a pleasure to interact with! We'll be back so the kids can continue building their tenpin (and dodge em driving) skills

Bowling is Awesome n I am lucky to be in a team with great ladies. Today I bowls 223 which surprised me as I haven't bowled for many years. School holidays n plenty of kids bowling n Gokartsn fun game machines.

This place is a great alternative to the kiddie pokie den, KingPin. It's way cheaper, and you feel like The Dude from The Big Lebowski would bowl here. It's got fast dodgems cars and the games area is much better value than the rip off rubbish at KingPin. I feel relaxed here. At PokieBowls, it's too ritzy and I don't want to pay extra for ambient lighting. The only improvements would be faster coffee service and better organisation of the kids' balls. Nb.if you have child with a support worker, the child bowls for $7 and the worker is free. Support them Townsville!

A very old ten pin bowling alley, which is ok, staff are really friendly and it's a great laugh as the amount of inbred wackos that bowl there is incredible, I know it sounds mean, and I'd never say mean things to people about their looks, just go there and you'll see.
Great night out of bowling with added freakshow at no extra cost

Yeah this is a really good old skool bowling centre, they take care of lanes good aswell and are always level. Have games setup with the old school ticket style machines. Its more of a genuine vibe and reasonably priced

Busy night, short staffed and our lane kept stuffing up and not returning balls. Chips in the diner took 45 minutes so be prepared with snacks. Enjoyed our games overall but won't rush back.
