30 Great big store. Full of so many tools for so many trades.
They have a heap of different brands puts their own brands which are pretty good value.
I had a minor but annoying issue with paperwork. Made a call and spoke with Jake, he started off with standard annoying protocol/tech/garb but turned it around quickly with exceptional real down-to-earth service, thank you Jake!
Marketing con on De Walt gear. TV advertising makes you think they are doing a deal on De Walt tools. I just wanted a Torque Driver but I would have had to pay full price as you have to spend $400 on De Walt to get $100 store credit that you also have to spend on De Walt stuff. Total Con.
Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the store was clean, tidy and well stocked. Staff went above and beyond to cater to customers and were friendly and knew a lot about a wide variety of their products.
I won’t waste time going to another tool shop in town when I can get the level of expertise and range Total Tools offer.
I purchased a name brand woodworking machine and when I got it back to the shed and unpacked it I found that the Manufacturer had omitted to pack a couple of key accessories rendering the machine useless. It was a manufacturers issue because the box was sealed and I unpacked it myself. The boys at Total Tools went to work in trying to get the accessory box for me. As it was taking time for them to get a response from the Manufacturer they offered me a replacement higher spec machine. Top marks for these guys standing behind the products they sell. The guys there give me the advice I want and the gear I want every time. I highly recommend Total Tools Toowoomba.

Bunch of dopey staff, don’t deserve any stars at all. Only happy to help if you’re buying expensive stuff. Store does not value customers.
Terrible customer service, unwilling to take the time and effort to help female customers. Highly disappointed and will take my business elsewhere in future!
