Worse joint to do refunds cant admit when their system is wrong and make it difficult to do a simple return and are argumentative and rude

First thing on Saturday morning the guys were happy to help and knew where everything was in store. Also gave me alternative ideas which was greatly appreciated. Look out Bunnings

It’s always too hard for the staff in the store. Time & time again. Today is the last time. I walk into Trade Tools just down the road and they can’t be happier to welcome and help you. Definitely won’t be going back to Total Tools!

Had to pick up a online order. The staff were very helpful had it organised & loaded in about 5 mins. If you need tools this is the place to go.

I have been to this store 2 times now Peter the guy on the floor is fantastic he knows his stuff for shore. His staff at the counter are hopeless.

Can easily find most tools here, even some specialist tools but not all. Most times I go in here chasing something particular, they don't usually have it on hand but they do have knowledgeable staff that either know where I can get what I'm chasing or can order it in.

Customer service is appalling. It's probably an ok place to shop if you know exactly what you're after, but if you need advice or assistance, go elsewhere. Staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves.

Hopeless customer service, broken tools take weeks to repair and no follow up when their ready.

Unfortunately had the same experience ive had previously. I called from Stanthorpe in advance to make sure they had the cigweld plasma cutter I was after.

I asked if they could put aside so It would be there when I arrived but was told thats not neccesaryas they have heaps in stock by Rod, so Irove 2 hrs to grab it.

Sure enough theres only 1 left and its a display model, no new ones in sight. This happened 2years earlia with a 9KVA generator. They have a fantastic store but are let down by some of the staff.

Fortunately, John was able to help me grab the consumables I was after and gave my son some stickers and a cap which made him over the moon. The extra two stars are for the efforts John put in.

After 2 trips, 2 years apart where ive phoned in advance and checked stock online only to find out on arrival its not there, I wouldnt recommend travelling there to get anything which is unfortunate as last time I spoke with the owner his customer service was fantastic.

High turnover item specials, good range of electrical tools, always busy when I visit. Friendly service.

Just had a fabulous experience being served by Scott T. After my partner had his tools stolen this morning, Scott made sure we got the best price for the replacement tools and even threw in some extras just because we’d had such an unfortunate morning. My partner has decided this is his new and only tool shop from now on! Thanks for your help Scott!

The store is massive, well set out and has a great feel about it. There also seemed to be quite a few staff on hand to serve customers.
I will certainly go back there again.

Good aray of tools etc. But no real bargains. In away they are getting to big of a shop, it's a shed.

Very helpful staff, saved us a heap of money with some of the deals on offer. Highly recommend this tool shop.
