Extremely poor customer service experience. I selected out a rather large and heavy spanner roll that and placed it on the counter with clear instructions that I'd continue shopping and purchase the item with other tools.
Upon return to the counter mystery and confusion befuddled the staff. Where could it be? What paranormal event could of made it disappear?
Turns out they'd sold it out from underneath me to another customer. No apology, nothing. Just a "oh she's gooooone mate". Needless to say I will not be spending my money here neither will anyone from my workshop. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Did not get everything i needed however received the best service from Phil - he really went out of his way to help - will dedinately come back!
EDIT: after escalating my worry to the Total Tools Facebook support team who got in contact with the store they got in contact with me this morning and it appears that the item i purchased was not in the country yet and makita in Sydney was still waiting for them so my issue that was mostly makita's fault has been resolved. Thank you
They never ring you back, stuff you order that should take 1-3 business days from Sydney to Ipswich will still not be ready to pickup a week later, Bunnings has more stuff in stock than they do. There sales are NOT sales they never are its all manufactures offering something not Total Tools
Sales team quite helpful and seem to know their stuff, useful that they are open 7 days a week also. Big range of toys to choose from.
