First time I visited and i'm really impressed by the staff. Super friendly and helful. Chris was great and went above and beyond with my order and collection. I'll buy everything i need from this store from now on.

All the staff were very knowledgeable which of course is to be expected.

However they all had a genuine friendliness and layback approach which transferred across as been a very professional team.

The store manager seemed exceptionally competent.
I also almost immediately felt at ease as products were introduced to me.

The layout of the store was quite impressive.
I don't know why I haven't been to Total tools more frequently but I will definitely be checking out their specials more often.

Huge open warehouse. Lots of choices. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Competitive prices. Even though they didn't have the specialist VW socket I needed, they took the time to search and recommend other companies.

This is why I will be back. It's also about customer satisfaction, if we're happy, we'll be back!

POOR WARRANTY STANDARDS!

Your company has been our supplier for long time that is why we bought concrete grinder vacuums equipment from your storages.

Warranty standards is the worst with you guys.

We bought a husqvarna S26 vacuum on April-May.

Couple weeks later that machine just stopped. It was fully covered with warranty.

On the 31st on may. We returned that machine machine at total tools copper Plains.

Called them 2 weeks ago and the answered was a simple wait because they were waiting for a electronic device box from Germany.

Called them again today but the answered was until mid of sept or Oct.

Paid $3549 for 3 weeks of use

Being waiting 8 weeks (2 months) for that reason we bought another machine from another supplier.

We were happy to receive that machine back now. But we can't afford more time. That is a machine for daily works. Losing money, losing time, losing productivity because of you very poor warranty standards.

We need our money back.

One of the larger Total Tools stored, this is my 2nd most frequented. Ample parking, but driveway only accessible traveling East on Boundary Rd.
Online stock levels are inaccurate, so for low sales volume items, you must call ahead to check availability.
I went yesterday for an item shown online as in stock, only to find they didn't have it, & I then had to go to East Brisbane store. The Guy who was served before me had the same problem with a different product.
Call ahead 1st!

The staff are great, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer zip pay which the others don't. Great range and competitive pricing

Good range of tools and, when on special, they have a fantastic price.
I was there for the first time today (Sunday 14/03/21) and the cash register girl who helped me was very kind, fun, and polite. I think her name is Amelia.
