Timezone Hervey Bay

Decent arcade with a large range of games to choose from (Though most are mid 2010s mobile games and ticket games which are cringe.) Has WMMT 6 which is pretty cool (Personally I'd like to see a Taiko cab though I'm unsure if Oceania is getting new cabs so understandable.) Overall a decent place to take the family for an outing however if your a loner (Like myself) you may not have an enjoyable experience.

Don't see the machines getting cleaned very often apart from that very small need a bigger location.

The place is okay. Games need to give out more tickets! Other timezones give out way more tickets for winning on certain games!

I'm giving 5 stars because of the staff at Hervey bay Timezone. They're customer service is absolutely excellent. I wonder if timezone management realise how lucky they are. I come in regularly with kids and adults with intellectual disabilities and the staff are always are so patient and friendly to us all. The staff work really well under pressure and manage to somehow sort out any customer issues while also serving new customers
and still manage to be friendly and helpful when they're really busy. They make the whole experience fun and headache free. My kids love going there. Big thank you to you all I really appreciate all the effort you put in.

Went here for a child's birthday party. Kids had a blast. I found that it lacked game diversity. Basically you had racers, shooters, 3 pinball machines and ticket machines. No classics, don't think I found any fighting games at all. Nice to visit perhaps once but that's about it.

Kids love it here! Would suggest the hour for $26. BEST VALUE and plenty of games to choose from. Don't forget to use your 1 ticket for the virtual reality game.

Small Time zone but good games. Could spend couple of hours playing various games etc. There is also a Laser Tag area.

Great great place to visit for people with autism! I had taken my brother down who has autism and he had a great time!

My Daughter celebrated her 8th Birthday at Timezone and what an experience it was. Everyone was so accommodating and always there to helpout. The kids had a awesome time and the big kids also had a blast.
I would highly reccomend Timezone Hervey Bay for any celebration for young and old.
Thank you to Jhye, Tamara, Bessie, Hayden, Connor, Monique and Dannie for making this a party we will never forget.

First time I had been. As a Grandma, I had a great time watching my Grandson and his parents have a ball.

Normally you get free games on the yellow ones, but this timezone u have to pay for every thing u go on, apart from that we had a blast

My wife, Daughter and Myself enjoy the place immensely. There is a large range of games and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a good time.

I had a horrible experience with their laser tag. Half of the guns did not work, but were instead left out to be used while they knew full well but didn't tell anyone. There was nobody to ask about the guns at all no one was to be seen for the full 30 minutes of the game. I had to search the store looking for a staff member and even then was just told to change the gun when there was literally 30 seconds left. I had the worst time there, never going back.
