Timezone Hervey Bay

Great place, good way to pass an hour or two. Elijah was fantastic, he was very friendly and helpful. I'd love to return if I'm in the area.

Emily our party host was amazing. Super friendly & helpful and nothing was too much trouble. So easy to book and the courtesy call before the day was great to finalise details and find out the schedule for the party. Highly recommend

Our party host Ella was very friendly and lovely to the kids! She always made sure we had what we needed and was super kind in helping us pack up after the party:) the kids felt like she was fun to have join in their games and also was super helpful.

I had my son birthday party at Timezone and we had best experience ever. The kids had so much fun playing game and the adults had fun playing laser game with kids. And thank you to the party host he did a great job. I'll be booking my daughter party at Timezone next year.

On Holidays here in Hervey Bay…we’ll Timezone just doesn’t have games for kids, tonight 21/12/22 8pm it had for service, TWEEDLE DEE & TWEEDLE DUM, Thick as Mud Bricks… you would have more of a chance driving nails in 1 inch steel…. Then getting through to these poor sheeple anyway

We went time zone hervey bay with my boys and Monique and her staffs were very friendly, supporting and did their best to give a great experience to my boys. Monique's customer service was exceptional and many sales people in hervey bay should learn from her what will be a good customer service. Thank you Monique and team for above nd beyond service in our last visit.

Recently had my sons 9th Birthday party there and it was a big hit with all the kids. Shayla was our wonderful party host and made everything so easy. She interacted well with all the kids and made sure none of them were left out. Highly recommend having a child’s birthday at Timezone and having Shayla as your party host:)

Came here for a birthday party. Kids had a great time. Staff member was on the ball with everything, played games with the kids, helped them out, very attentive.
Shayla was amazing.

I have been to timezone too many times to count but everytime I have a blast. Jordan always welcomes you with a friendly smile when you arrive and is always there to give a helping hand. The games there are always fun and I can't wait to go back again, definitely recommend timezone!

To be honest, I used to love this place. But the last visit for a mates kids birthday party but me off.
They double booked, I was standing there with a large birthday cake in my hand and they said " sorry, be another hour"
Heaps of kids waiting.
So waited almost 2 hours to get the room.
Plus my mate had paid extra for laser tag. Only to be told the girl who served him didn't input it correctly. So even though the amount was for laser tag because it wasn't in the printout we couldn't get it. The manager then said " as a courtesy I will give you a free laser tag"

Was going to hold my sons party there. But now I am like " nope, no, no"

Terrible staff, my moeny got stuck in the machine and they toke it out and said only ten was stuck in there when I put two tens in. I told them this and they said that only one was found stuck so they can only give me 10 points on my card! This was awful. I wouldn't want to come back here again!

Elijah had what seemed like a poor attitude & appeared like they didn’t want to be there! But may have had something else going on in life… Perhaps check on the mental health of the staff?
Prizes required a ridiculous amount of points even for the basic items.
Although not all bad… I had fun with the games & the piano machine… 126 keys is the score to beat! Will be back eventually (probably on my next holiday though)

Had my sons party there today - kids had a blast, hostess was friendly and helpful…bring back the party room dividers would be my only suggestion!

Timezone Hervey Bay is fantastic, love taking my daughter there. It’s not only enjoyable for the kids but also for the adults.:)

At least 6 games broken and not working. No sanitiser provided throughout venue. Slow service at front register.

I love enjoying time at timezone with my friends, it is a friendly, safe place to have fun and earn rewards. I would absouluty recommand this to anyone all ages:)
