Timezone Coolangatta reviews
62 Good but there should be discounted tickets for little kids. I took my 4 year old grandson their, he loved it. But his games did not last long.
It is obvious that kids under 10 will not get good value as their skill level, will result in short game time.
So their tickets should be cheaper
Was a mix up on the deal packages. What was loaded on the card was not what I paid for. When we realised the manager was very helpful and fixed the issue.
Great place for kids and have the 1 hour and 2 hour unlimited passes to go on games. Excellent value for money
Had a ball playing pool and the pinball machines. Staff were friendly and helpful. A fair selection of games to play too. Not a good selection of prizes though. Still fun!
I have been coming here since 2017. Amd everytime I come Darci is always there and is so helpful! Thanks Darci!
This is probably the best Timezone I have ever been too. The staff are so nice, the guy at the counter was friendly and the guy running the bumper cars was nice enough to let my sister ride even though she couldn’t pay for it. It’s really large as well with bowling, bumper carts and even laser tag. The reason we went was because Movie World was disappointing so we ended up going to Timezone. It is really well priced as well so I recommend it to anyone near by.
Had a great time here until out of the 10 of us there 4 of us lost half our games and apparently had no tickets on our cards when leaving after paying over $400 for us all. The staff could do nothing about it apparently. Zeke was probably the rudest person I've ever met when trying to sort it out would definitely recommend travelling the distance to surfers if you want a decent experience at timezone
Very clean and well kept. Everything looks new. Staff cleaning all the time, with bright sunny smiles.
Great fun for the kids and big kids alike. Plenty to keep everyone occupied for a couple of hours.
Timezine has levelled up! Always have a blast, staff are awesome! New games and huge, new prize area. Way more to chose from. New shooting gallery was really fun.
I love this place very much have ben visiting here for about 3 years on a frequent basis. The only thing that's disappointing for me is the lack of rotation when it comes to the arcade machines.some of the stuff is still like 10 years old it's only a few of them but should've been replaced ages ago. Also the maintenance is an issue as I've reported things with my son over the months and they still don't fix them and expect people to still play with partially functional machines! Come on guys what gives?
Prices just went up from $25 TO $35 and one attraction less for price. My boys made the mistake of doing the Dodgem Cars when it was called over speaker and then found out they couldn't do Lazar Tag. They were very disappointed.
One of the bigger TimeZones we've been to. Full range of games. Kids love it - would stay for hours if we let them!
Took my nephew he had a blast, a lot cheaper then I thought it be they have some very good packages
Great place to let the kids loose.
I recommend getting a set time so that the kids can go nuts.
Adding bowling to the overall price can become expensive but it really is fun.
If my kids were a bit older I would do a 120 min session and then I could have a nice lunch and come back and get them.
But as they still need supervision 60min is enough.
$26 a person for 60mins.
The longer you go the better value.
Favourite Timezone to visit! Really friendly staff that went the extra mile and engaged with us telling us about the wizard of oz machine and sprinkling a few extra cards around our area!
Wonderful place to go and have some fun! Only down side was one particular staff member who threatened to kick my brother out because he didn't know where to go to get out of the gate of the dodgems and decided to go over the fence. No "mate dont do that next time" just a "I will kick you out if you misbehave again" ~ hence the 4 star instead of 5
Like come on, thats a bit over the top.
Other then that 1 staff member, great place to go!
A little $$$. However, the kids had fun.
Disappointing with some games not to have them explained and end up wasting your credits. My daughter was particularly upset with the ice-cream claw machine that actually didn't even reach the ice-creams at all
Good deals and fun games. Needs to have more red games in there deals as they are the main games you'll play. Better selection of prizes but you need a lot of points to get anything.
Thankyou guys, had our 11 year old girls birthday party here.thoroughly enjoyed by all, well done.cheers brett.
