Kaiah was an amazing host. So good with the kids and took great care of my daughter for her 7th bday party.

The building was evacuated from a fire alarm (all was well in the end). She seamlessly took care of us all and helped entertain the kids while we waited. She was excellent all round.

Too many parties booked on the day. Disappointed that we had to wait 40mins before we could get in to set up the party room even though I booked for 12: 00pm. Not so sure I will book the venue again.

A big Shout Out to Brandon. Last weekend - I was @ Cooly and purchased 5 bowling tickets. After the game the kids wanted to play another game of bowling. When I went to pay Brandon informed me that if I purchase $50 I get $20 bonus. I said that’s great - so why was I not given that option by the previous person? Brandon looked into my card and loaded my $20 bonus points. He did not need to do that - I didn’t know any better!

This place is huge! So many new things I haven't seen before, everything was in working order and lots of cool choices for prizes!

This arcade is huge & a lot of fun for the whole family. As well as a huge assortment of games there is bowling & Dodgem cars.

Wide selection of games, more than most timezones I've seen. But some machines not attended to, like the claw lolly machine which had no lollies in it lol. We did bowling as well, and there laser tag. So pretty wide range of entertainment

Visited Timezone Coolangatta the other night and I want to give a massive shout out to the worker Sam for being such a fun and bubbly spirit. I know potential when I see it, you’ll definitely go far in life mate! Thanks for the service and fun night!

Was my first time visiting, and wow what an experience! The workers were all so friendly and accommodating, especially this girl Hayley! She helped me with any questions I had and made sure I had the best time! It was so fun and truly the best arcade I've ever been to! Would love to come again in the future!

Good fun and a few winnings. However there were a few machines not working right. I guess the industry is doing it tough.

I went in a big group tonight and it was really fun! I don’t remember his name but who ever was running the lazer skermish and cars tonight was great! He was so nice and fun to talk to.

So i went to Coolgate timezone! Having mixed opinions i certianly am not a gamer! But godamn do i love these games! This place is truly magnificent the Staff is so friendly! I recommend everyone to come try out Coolgate Timezone! Its quite the fun ride i give this establishment a 5* review! Come and see for yourself!

Never seen anything like it. Like being on a total different planet. This place has it all covered under the one roof. Laser Tag, Bowling Alley, Pool Tables, Arcade games and even a licensed bar for the parents. Lots of fun for the whole family

The kids had so much fun. The staff were very helpful and friendly and actually paid attention to the kids like they were not just kids.which is important to me.everything was very clean and there was plenty of hand sanitiser.we are on holidays and the weather turned not so nice so this gave the kids something to do and let them burn out their energy without getting wet in the rain

Great selection of arcade machines. Mostly go for the stern pinball alley with Jurassic Park, Munsters, ACDC, batman and Deadpool pinnies.

We had our Son's party last weekend and the staff were amazing. Rohan was our party host and the boys had a blast, he organised games, played with them and keep them engaged. Thank you to Rohan and the team for making his day unforgettable and making my day super easy.

Go there every Monday, got most of the highscores, if you're there Monday night, just ask for bigweld and I'll beat you in anything, 10/10 IGN

Been here twice as a teacher for our school excursions. The staff is friendly as is the manager, who was very helpful sorting all our passes. It's clean and safe with heaps of eateries both inside the shopping centre and out on the street.

Our family loves coming here, huge amount of variety including dodgem cars, laser tag and bowling plus there's a bunch of new additions since we last went
