We are very impressed with the quality of timber door and window products we have purchased from Woodworkers. They are the perfect addition to our Queenslander timber cottage renovation. The service we received from the sales staff, through to the factory and management has been second to none, ensuring we got exactly what we needed. I contacted Woodworkers recently to replace a front door, side lights, framework and sill that I was completely unhappy with. The customer service was exceptional and my door with joinery was ordered within a couple of days.
It is now installed and I am so happy with it.

Have had a few custom built casement windows made. With John Coates expertise, he makes the process seamless and each product is made beautiful. Can’t fault them, and prices are more than reasonable

Our business purchased a 4 light sliding door unit from Woodworkers recently. We couldn’t take delivery when they were completed so the company held onto them at the factory until delivery was possible. Our rep Peter Wust was kind enough to organise this for us. The quality of the doors is second to none and our customer is extremely happy with her new doors.

It is always after the sale is completed that you can tell how good a company is. The Woodworkers were fantastic - I could not ask for better and faster service when I had an issue with my gate. Their staff were extremely helpful.

Popped in today to pick out a new front door. The chap seated in the showroom grunted hello when we greeted him (in store for a few minutes beforehand, hacking the stock at the front, and he didn’t bother looking up from his computer). Carried on walking around, pulling out the various options, waiting for some assistance. None came. We walked out of the showroom (no goodbye, or even glance up from his computer) and went to the sale items section next door to see if there was someone there that could assist. Same thing - the guy behind the window at a desk completely ignored us. We left and won’t be back.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! All people I dealt with were extremely helpful, informative, and very friendly. I purchased a hopper window and pair of French doors and was thoroughly impressed with the quality workmanship and attention to detail.

A special thanks to Anthony in helping with pickup and loading of the French doors. His assistance went above and beyond what anyone could expect and ensured I left as one very satisfied customer. What an amazing team they all are, I cannot recommend them enough.
