Our wooden by-fold doors were scratched, clawed and gourged by the dog and I was told by other companies that they could not be repaired. Pete, Phil and George used their extraordinary, skilled workmanship to restore these 3 doors to brand new condition. The doors were collected, repaired, returned and re-installed with 48 hours. They look absolutely amazing - many many thanks to Pete, Phil and George. 5 stars plus

Had a very good experience with ordering online. John was prompt in his responses, helpful with providing installer and from time of ordering the custom size to time of installation was less than other companies stated that they could even quote. To add period details to our newly renovated 1921 house, we looked into the extensive range of architectural products within The Woodworkers Company catalogue. We were pleased to locate verandah brackets which exactly matched those which once graced the front verandah. I received an email reply to my inquiry from Mr Anthony Stacey. Anthony was extremely helpful in confirming details and availability of the required bracket (VB16). We found Anthony extremely obliging and attentive with his assistance. As a result of his obliging assistance, we intend to remain enthusiastic customers of The Woodwork Company.

A very useful on-line catalogue helped me make to make some useful choices before I visited Woodworkers at Moorooka in Brisbane. Extremely helpful staff completed the experience and I walked away feeling happy and satisfied.

Our new front door has just been installed, it is an absolute masterpiece! It looks stunning and has far exceeded our expectations. The team at Woodworkers really take pride in their work. Friends of ours used them and we saw their final product, they highly recommended Woodworkers as would we. James looked after our order and answered all of our questions. Additionally we wanted something extra the company normally does not do, it was completed with no trouble at all. Their recommended installer Greg also did a fantastic job. Five stars all round!

Michael and the team built us a custom mantle for our fireplace. The whole process was achieved seamlessly via email communication only. The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for, fitted perfectly and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend woodworkers for building quality custom mantles at a fair price.

Fantastic service! Our original colonial door with lead light had extensive wood rot from previous owners, and Woodworkers did a superb job bringing it back to life.

Instead of telling me I had to have a custom door built, John suggested removing the rotten area and rebuilding that section of the door, which was over half the door. This way it kept the original opening for the lead light so it could be re-installed once repaired.

The door is now re-installed and awaiting a paint. Cannot wait to admire this door every day for many years to come. Thank you for your amazing customer service John.

I received an excellent product and helpful service from sales at Woodworkers for a new front door and great service from the installer. Both were patient and informative. I would highly recommend contacting Woodworkers for any joinery requirements. They have an excellent website as well.

Anthony could not have been more helpful. I actually can't remember the last time I've had such excellent service. We're so grateful for the quick turnaround and for the great communication. They've really gone over and above to get our verandah gates to us before Christmas. We really are so very grateful!
