If you are into Harry Potter you'll enjoy it. Could definitely be improved with extra staff and more space. Enjoyed the Butter Beer and chocolate frogs. Expensive but worth a visit. No need to return again.

I brought my 12yr old girl for the first time and she was smiling from ear to ear.

Magical little shop, conveniently located near a cafe (Flying Nun). They offer a great variety of products that well and truly earn their name as the Store of Requirement, despite the limited floorspace.

Lost a star due to prices, but it's a fun visit regardless. A sorting hat can also be worn to see which House you belong in, which was a wonderful touch, especially for the children.

There is plenty of parking spaces to the side and to the back.

Worst customer service for online customers. My christmas gifts were sent exposing my gifts to my household and skyhigh prices so a little wrap or double box could be afforded and was expected alike previous orders.and zero sympathy regarding my issue.they just want to brush off customer issues and not own them. I recommend getting your xmas gifts elsewhere or sent to an alternative address. Nothing magical about this place and a few screws loose in management.steer cleer if you wish to stay happy this Christmas. I trully wish i had this advice ealier.we live n learn!
