The Store Of Requirement Samford reviews
46Perfect for Harry Potter fans. Decor was well done and pretty interesting for a visit. Flying nun cafe right beside for a quick bite and coffee.
Fantastic assortment of magical wonderments. Wands, robes, games and knick knacks. Not a place for muggles.
Extremely disappointing the staff not only ignored customers and continued their own conversations behind the counter as if the store was empty.
When my son asked the woman in charge she was very rude in her manner and tone.
We decided not to purchase the items the kids wanted due to the service which was deplorable.
I will never bring my children there again nor recommend. Waste of an hour and a half drive.
If you are a Harry Potter fan, then this is the shop for you. Everything you could want in the one place, awesome.
A fully stocked Harry Potter store with really friendly staff. We did the treasure hunt and the kiddo loved it!
The website was super easy too navigate, I can't wait too make it all the way too the Store of requirement! What a fun day that will be.
We had an incredible time at the store of requirement! The staff went out of their way to make the experience magical and the School Supplies adventure scavenger hunt was amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Compact little store, so much to look at it was a little overwhelming, but spend the time and look at everything, you might not know what you find!
Very dissapointing. The prices are ridiculous, way over the top. Most of it is cheap plastic and can be found in zing and typo for half the prices. 1 tiny flush wallet $60.00 seen same 1 at markets for $10. Don't waste ur trip. The staff are good but no prices on most things, annoying. But I can see why. Won't be back.
Amazing store to visit, huge range of Harry Potter merchandise. Street parking right outside the store. Great customer service. A must visit store for all Harry Potter fans.
Muggles must visit! I spent a good hour wandering around looking at the huge array of Harry Potter fair and was beyond excited! This shop is for Hayy Potter fans of all ages. You can buy anything from the Sorting Hat to wands and everything in between! I'm a fan.
I wasn't sure what to expect when going here. Having seen this place on Tiktok though I absolutely thought it was worth a look. The store itself is quite small but offers a lot of things that would make any Harry Potter fan go 'Oh look at that! '. Naturally, there is a lot of merchandise available that is hard to find anywhere else - I found a collection of hard cover books that were hard to find anywhere else and at a considerably cheaper price than any other online or brick and mortar retailer. That said, it is definitely a store and not a tourist attraction as I first thought. The staff however were absolutely fantastic - I dealt with three different staff members and all seemed very cheerful and happy to be there, all more than willing to help and felt very genuine. There is a nice little cafe right next door also but felt this was rather limited. Overall, great place to visit.
Beware if booking a kids party. We organised at opening time and the staff had clearly forgotten when I knocked on the door 3 mins early. It would be better to allow an organiser in 5 or 10mins early to set up briefly before guests arrive, or book for 15 mins after opening.
Staff also came across as rude saying that touching a hat was a 'health hazard' and said kids are not to touch things (as we were about to leave?). I understand covid safety but you need to be mindful they are kids, they were supervised and were doing nothing more than browsing. Consider a more polite way of communicating in future.
For what you get the cost is way too high too. The cupcakes were frozen and hard, and not one person finished the drink. They offered a host for $250 for one hour! Glad I didn't take this option.
Quirky and full of great stuff for the avid Harry Potter fan! Lovely enthusiastic staff members always make it a fun visit!
A few interesting things, but not really worth more than 5 mins looking around - even for Harry Potter loving adults. Plenty to look at for kids though.
Good shop with amazing gifts and Harry Potter collectables. Not alot of moving space inside considering how popular it is and hard to get parking on weekend's.
This is a great place to come if you’re a Harry Potter fan or even if you’re not and you just like the movie. Lots of items here and if you don’t at least buy something you’re definitely missing out. Got here a little early and ended up being first in and was great to look around, but within 15-20 mins it started getting a little bit crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cool little store, if you're a Harry Potter fan then you are going to be impressed by the layout and vast array of wizarding world souvenirs. The store has everything from a cheap wand or scarf for the kids up to rare collectables for the Potter fanatic. You can even get a photo with the flying car that is parked out the front.
Kids dragged me here, as a muggle I was reluctant but found myself indulging in the many trinkets and treasures on offer.beautiful store.
Pretty much reviews itself because it is a HARRY POTTER store! It's incredible! Definitely worth the trip out, sells all kinds of wizarding world memorabilia including the Fantastic Beasts storyline.
