Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. It says on the website that people are welcome to come in store to view the online rug selection. I had decided on a rug that I wanted to buy. I drove 40mins there and waited 20-30 mins outside the shop due to COVID restrictions, then was actually told that ‘they were too busy to serve me because it’s not fair to keep the other customers waiting outside’ (I’d been in the shop for about 2 mins, others had been in there for possibly 20mins trying on ugg boots) I was told to come back another day and they would hold the rug I wanted until then. They then sold the rug on the same day to someone else and they never returned my call. I ordered an online one from them which is a nice colour so I will keep it but the quality is poor. I can’t believe how rude and disorganised these people are. I will never go back and will never recommend them, I have discovered another online rug company in NSW who have excellent quality rugs and outstanding customer service for the same price so will be using them in future and recommending them to friends.

Don't visit the store if you want good customer service.
The wife and I visited the store to purchase a pair of Ugg Boots. Whilst holding the pair we wanted in our hands, and asking for a price, (prices aren't on the products), we were told they were out of stock. After scratching our heads, we again asked how much for the boots in our hands, but the staff member was walking away and ignored us.
We started walking to the counter, thinking the experience had rapidly turned weird, and one of the staff came over and demanded we put the boots on. They then stated a price from memory.
I'm not sure who these people usually serve, but they came across as being utterly incompetent, and seemed to pick a price out of thin air.

I needed to replace my UGGs but had no receipt and paid with cash- so was not able to prove the time of the purchase. Anthony just told me to come by, pick a new pair- there were no questions!

I purchased a cowhide and islander sheepskin from Anthony via The Skin Thing Facebook page - very pleased! They are extremely soft and of good quality. Communication was great, postage was fast and cheap. And thank you for the gift, I love it.

Incredibly uncomfortable driving pass a huge fence of the skins of helpless cows and zebras, reminding us of how superficial and selfish some people choose to be. I want nothing for this place rather that it being shut down.

Skins everywhere we drove there from Goldcoast, picked out and bought 2 Cowhides and drove back again.

Dropped in yesterday to look at range after passing on motorway many times. Both gents serving were super friendly and helpful. Fantastic variety of products - Will definitely be back for that perfect cowhide rug I've been searching for!
